Our experience at this accommodation was generally very good. We went as a family, more than 16 people, including babies, children, seniors and two dogs, and the place suited our needs quite well. Despite the maintenance details, our experience was positive thanks to José's attention and the fact that the place is well thought out for large groups. With some upgrades, this place could be great. We recommend it if you are looking for a spacious place, with a good atmosphere and staff available to help you, in addition to the fact that the host is super accessible both at check-in and checkout. We would stay again since the place is suitable for a louder environment, something that many accommodations do not allow.

We went to a wedding very close to the Airbnb and Jorge was flexible (since he was not busy) with early access to change and also with leaving a little later. The cottage is exactly as described and shown in the photos, everything was clean and although it does not have AC, the fans were sufficient. We would definitely stay at this property again.

We spent a weekend with several families with small children and Juan's house was super comfortable with enough space for everyone and it is just like the description and photos. Everything is in very good condition, the spaces are very pleasant to be inside or outside the house. The heated pool is wonderful, as well as the different games to keep the kids entertained. The people who help in the house are very friendly and helpful and cook delicious food. We had a spectacular time and Juan was always attentive to make sure everything was fine. It's a great place to stay!

Carlos, Julia's husband, treated us in an excellent way, I feel that the photos do not do justice to the place since the place is more beautiful than in photos, it maintains the rustic atmosphere of Tepoztlán.

My stay at this place was pleasant. From the moment we arrived, the hosts were very attentive and gave us a warm welcome, explaining everything we needed to know about the house and the area. The photos perfectly describe the place, the pool (cold water) was clean and with the heat it is perfect to have a nice time, a very quiet place, 5 min drive from shops and snacks, about 8 min. from downtown, if you go I recommend you bring necessary groceries (since at night everything closes at 8 pm) communication is good, bring insect repellent, the internet sometimes fails. There was no early arrival (to store luggage) until check-in time. the place is small, cozy and although some areas are under construction, it did not affect the stay. we look forward to returning.

We really liked the place, it was private even though there were more cabins around. Upon arrival, everything was very clean, the utensils in the kitchen were sufficient to prepare what we brought. I recommend going prepared materially and mentally for the bugs (repellent and awareness that there will be several, especially at night). We would always appreciate it if you could arrive at this type of place as early as possible (1:30 or 2 in the afternoon) and dry firewood for the campfire; Alonso was very attentive to my questions. I highly recommend this place.
