La ubicación esta súper bien el desayuno en la fonda de jugos súper rico, lo único es que la iglesia está a una cuadra las campanadas si te despiertan temprano, estacionamiento es más en la calle

Excelente ubicación y cumple con todo lo que ofrece, es un hecho que volveremos

El espacio fue mejor que en las fotos, me toco estrenar la renovación del loft. Agua caliente, aire acondicionado, Wifi, todas las comodidades funcionando a la perfección, la cama muy comoda. Pepe es una persona calida y con un interes sincero en que la estadia sea ideal para sus huespedes. El vecindario es seguro, y con mucha oferta de restaurantes además de un supermercado al cruzar la calle. Lo recomiendo al 100.

The loft was excellent. It is located in a very walkable side of town with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The loft was quaint and secure with double locks so you can feel secure knowing your belongings and you are safe. I definitely recommend this place!

Luis is very attentive, friendly, a wealth of Guadalajara knowledge and his 4 legged partner Jenry shares an awesome welcoming wag. We look forward to our move to Guadalajara and knowing Luis and Jenry as our friends.

Una habitación muy linda y en pleno a centro a pocas cuadras de todas las plazas y lugares turísticos.. la cama muy grande y cómoda, el baño muy bien, una sala muy linda y cómoda.. el acceso solamente hay que seguir bien las instrucciones y todo ok.. me gustó mucho..

I enjoyed my stay here. Nice area, pretty quiet, cute place with a small terrace. If you have any mobility issues at all, the caracol and stairs inside will be too much. I'd stay here again for sure.

Lugar tranquilo, céntrico, cómodo y con todo lo necesario. Ideal para parejas o viajeros solos. Buen Internet para trabajar o estudiar. Se descansa bien.

Great location, easy to get in and out with the codes and very safe. Room is cozy and air conditioned . There was noise late on Friday and Saturday otherwise I loved it and would come back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this perfectly located Guadalajara loft. The loft was beautifully decorated in a modern vibe and extremely clean. We found everything we needed available in the loft, and the AC worked perfectly! The best part about this loft is the location!! We walked everywhere,e and there are so many great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, and overall we just loved our stay. Would definitely come back!

The apartment is clean, spacious, and well-located. It has everything we need for WFH/Staycation. Fernando is a super helpful host. 5/5 experience.

Nice little studio, in a nice relaxed part of town very private, great if you have a car since you can park under the building. The bedroom upstairs is nice with a tv. and A/C. They were very understanding when I arrived an hour late for check out and cleaning lady was courteous enough to bring down my thing to the couch as she had to do her job. Only thing being I wish there was a tv downstairs and just being careful walking down the stairs in socks since they’re slick metal steps. But overall very quiet with minimal noise from the train around noon

El departamento tiene todo lo necesario, cocina completamente equipada para cualquier necesidad, la lavadora y secadora fueron fáciles de usar cuenta jabón para ropa, toallas para secadora, está súper equipado todo el departamento, lo único malo fue el ruido pero de hay en fuera todo fue excelente, no hubo necesidad de contactarme con el anfitrión, ya que todo fue perfecto.

Muy cómodo y acogedor el departamento y David siempre pendiente a cualquier duda que se me presentara, volvería sin duda.

Es un lugar limpio, cómodo, privado, seguro y la atención es estupenda. Estancia muy agradable, gracias por todas las atenciones brindadas durante mi estancia

Alojamiento muy bonito, Roberto me atendio super bien, me dio instrucciones claras de como podia acceder y estuvo pendiente cuando tuve problemas 100% ajenos a el (llovio y se fue la luz, me ayudo a meter reporte con CFE y en menos de 1 hora se habia resuelto el problema) si vuelvo a ir a Guadalajara, definitivamente volvere a quedarme aqui

El loft esta muy muy lindo y limpio y tranquilo. EN la noche se escucha el ruido de un restaurant en contraesquina, pero si cierras la ventana en la habitacion no se escucha. En el día puedes sentarte a leer y abrir las ventanas y es super agradable
