My family enjoyed staying at Elizabeth’s place. My daughter loved having access to the pools on the first floor; the first floor lap pool was not as warm as the children’s pools but the temperature difference was not too much in my opinion. On Sundays, children can access the warmer infinity pool on the 16th floor—which we definitely enjoyed. The rooftop views were amazing. The apartment itself was big for four of us. The stay was mostly quiet; the exception being Saturday night but that came from a party in the neighborhood; the unexpected city buzz did not disrupt our sleep. The neighborhood is safe, a grocery store, coffee shop and several shopping centers are nearby. My favorite was walking the neighborhood to the food stands for breakfast. My husband enjoyed the $20 peso gorditas I purchased just as much as any other food we had. Elizabeth checked in on us several times and was accommodating to our needs.

Ótimo apartamento para uma estadia mais longa. Faltavam alguns itens essenciais e Helena os providenciou com rapidez. O prédio é ótimo e a localização é excelente. Único problema era o wifi, que era muito lento e praticamente não funcionava na suíte.

Marco was a responsive and helpful host. The apartment is well situated, very close to a huge supermarket and Costco. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful. Many restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and has all the amenities needed. I have nothing bad to say about the place. My wife, kids and I had a great stay here and would do so again on our next trip to CDMX.

Really enjoyed our stay, the location and apartment was perfect, and quiet. Includes a hot breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not "hot" during our visit...maybe just broken, but not clear communication from the hosts on that. The pool was heated enough for a quick dip, though.

This place is located in Polanco, we later found out that is a popular neighbourhood. Full of restaurants and shops. I did my morning run around Polanco and it feel safe. the house is in good shape and clean. consider low density area. quiet neighbourhood. 24H porter/security. 2 rooms and 2 toilets, suitable for my family of 4. spacious, come with alot of cupboards. communal washing machine The host, Luis is responsive, reply with 10mins. and provide alot amenities we additional requested.

Fui con mis amigas de vacaciones por 5 días y la verdad nos vamos muy contentas por la estancia tan buena que tuvimos, No tuvimos el gusto de conocer a Norma pero la comunicación por mensaje fue la mejor, el lugar está de maravilla, está muy céntrico, todo en excelente condiciones, el departamento está muy limpio y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable, los porteros muy amables, el lugar cuenta con una terraza preciosa, es muy fácil de llegar y acceder. Sin duda alguna recomendaría este departamento y espéramos volver muy pronto.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Excelente alojamiento con Juan Carlos, todo muy tranquilo y cómodo. Siempre estuvo en constante comunicación con nosotros. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

La casa es muy amplia y en general muy iluminada, las 4 recámaras están de muy buen tamaño y con baños accesibles. La cocina muy bien equipada con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios. La ubicación de la casa está excelente, muy céntrica y está cerca de plazas, restaurantes y otros negocios. A pesar de estar en una avenida concurrida no se escucha mucho ruido de la calle. Una excelente opción para hospedarse en la zona de Polanco.

A group of us came to stay in Mexico City for a week in this splendid apartment. So spacious with great clean lines and large windows, so very bright! The amenities were top notch and the location terrific for getting around the Polanco district by foot as well as being easy Uber rides to tons of attractions, museums, etc.. We can highly recommend this luxurious getaway home-away-from-home, so snap it up if you get the chance!

Nando was a great host from the start to the finish. We arrived and had no issues getting into the private Airbnb. Love that you have a door to the building that you can only access with a key. We felt super secure. The place is in a great location with so many great places to dine and coffee shops that are at a walking distance. We appreciated that the Airbnb was well equipped and they even had drinking water available for us which made it convenient. We definitely recommend and can’t wait to visit again!

It was a really great place to explore Mexico City. The appartement has a really great living room with window front. There was a really cool Coffee Place just in front and the apartment was really perfect to stay there with more people. The kitchen was well equipped... Only one bedroom was very noisy.

Ximena was an incredibly attentive host, very responsive to my many questions, and accommodating of every request. The space was beautiful, safe, accessible to many parts of the city, and the facilities (pool, sauna, spa, etc.) were top notch. I would recommend highly to anyone headed to CDMX

Tal cual la descripción. Muy limpio Excelente atención de la anfitriona y de los guardias que están 24 horas. Lugar pequeño pero como lo usábamos solo para ir a descansar no nos incomodó. Metro a cuadra y media y paradas de metrobús también. Cafetería en la planta baja con buen sabor y porciones y buenos precios. El único pero que le pondría sería la conexión a internet que era muy débil y nunca nos pudimos conectar pero como todos teníamos internet en nuestros celulares no fue un inconveniente tan malo. Nosotros le damos un 10.

El lugar es muy bonito y cómodo, desde que llegamos nos trataron muy bien, fueron muy amables siempre. La ubicación es muy buena ya que hay muchos comercios y todo queda muy cerca. Cuando regrese a CDMX sin duda volvería a reservar aquí
