My family enjoyed staying at Elizabeth’s place. My daughter loved having access to the pools on the first floor; the first floor lap pool was not as warm as the children’s pools but the temperature difference was not too much in my opinion. On Sundays, children can access the warmer infinity pool on the 16th floor—which we definitely enjoyed. The rooftop views were amazing. The apartment itself was big for four of us. The stay was mostly quiet; the exception being Saturday night but that came from a party in the neighborhood; the unexpected city buzz did not disrupt our sleep. The neighborhood is safe, a grocery store, coffee shop and several shopping centers are nearby. My favorite was walking the neighborhood to the food stands for breakfast. My husband enjoyed the $20 peso gorditas I purchased just as much as any other food we had. Elizabeth checked in on us several times and was accommodating to our needs.

Great apartment for a longer stay. Some essential items were missing and Helena arranged them quickly. The building is great and the location is great. The only problem was wifi, which was very slow and practically did not work in the suite.

Marco was a responsive and helpful host. The apartment is well situated, very close to a huge supermarket and Costco. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful. Many restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and has all the amenities needed. I have nothing bad to say about the place. My wife, kids and I had a great stay here and would do so again on our next trip to CDMX.

Really enjoyed our stay, the location and apartment was perfect, and quiet. Includes a hot breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not "hot" during our visit...maybe just broken, but not clear communication from the hosts on that. The pool was heated enough for a quick dip, though.

This place is located in Polanco, we later found out that is a popular neighbourhood. Full of restaurants and shops. I did my morning run around Polanco and it feel safe. the house is in good shape and clean. consider low density area. quiet neighbourhood. 24H porter/security. 2 rooms and 2 toilets, suitable for my family of 4. spacious, come with alot of cupboards. communal washing machine The host, Luis is responsive, reply with 10mins. and provide alot amenities we additional requested.

I went with my friends on vacation for 5 days and the truth is we are very happy with the great stay we had. We did not have the pleasure of meeting Norma but the communication by message was the best. The place is wonderful, it is very central, everything in excellent condition, the apartment is very clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay, the doormen are very friendly, the place has a beautiful terrace, it is very easy to get to and access. I would definitely recommend this apartment and we hope to be back soon.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Excellent accommodation with Juan Carlos, everything is very quiet and comfortable. He was always in constant communication with us. I highly recommend it.

The house is very spacious and generally very bright, the 4 bedrooms are a very good size and with accessible bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the necessary appliances. The location of the house is excellent, very central and close to squares, restaurants and other businesses. Despite being on a busy avenue, you can't hear much noise from the street. An excellent option to stay in the Polanco area.

A group of us came to stay in Mexico City for a week in this splendid apartment. So spacious with great clean lines and large windows, so very bright! The amenities were top notch and the location terrific for getting around the Polanco district by foot as well as being easy Uber rides to tons of attractions, museums, etc.. We can highly recommend this luxurious getaway home-away-from-home, so snap it up if you get the chance!

Nando was a great host from the start to the finish. We arrived and had no issues getting into the private Airbnb. Love that you have a door to the building that you can only access with a key. We felt super secure. The place is in a great location with so many great places to dine and coffee shops that are at a walking distance. We appreciated that the Airbnb was well equipped and they even had drinking water available for us which made it convenient. We definitely recommend and can’t wait to visit again!

It was a really great place to explore Mexico City. The appartement has a really great living room with window front. There was a really cool Coffee Place just in front and the apartment was really perfect to stay there with more people. The kitchen was well equipped... Only one bedroom was very noisy.

Ximena was an incredibly attentive host, very responsive to my many questions, and accommodating of every request. The space was beautiful, safe, accessible to many parts of the city, and the facilities (pool, sauna, spa, etc.) were top notch. I would recommend highly to anyone headed to CDMX

As described. Very clean Excellent attention from the host and the guards who are there 24 hours. Small place but since we only used it to rest, we didn't mind. Metro a block and a half away and metrobus stops too. Cafeteria on the ground floor with good flavor and portions and good prices. The only complaint I would have is that the internet connection was very weak and we could never connect, but since we all had internet on our cell phones it was not such a bad inconvenience. We give it a 10.

Susana was a wonderful host, who provided information before the trip and responded to any questions we had prior and during the trip. We were sad to depart as the location is a great spot and there are many things to do around. Thanks you, Susana, for making this easy and seamless!

The place is very nice and comfortable, from the moment we arrived they treated us very well, they were always very friendly. The location is very good, as there are many shops and everything is very close. When I return to CDMX I would definitely book here again

Raynard is very friendly! The place is clean, cozy and welcoming, the bed is comfortable, and there is a smell of incense, the neighborhood is safe, and there is a gym downstairs. It's very close to Plaza Carso and great for people who work nearby!
