The perfect base for exploring the historic center, you'll find yourself immersed in the vibrant atmosphere of one of Rome's most picturesque squares, with the market during the day and lively ambiance at night. The apartment is on the ground floor, One bedroom with living room (same space), One bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and an amazing sunny garden, all renovated. House design is combined with modern furniture and antique Roman arches.

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the subway station A " Re Di Roma", which takes you in a short time to the historic center of Rome and Termini station, also bus 85 stops in front of the building and arrives at the historic center. The Tuscolana station is 10 minutes walk and connects to Fiumicino airport. The Apt is in a neighborhood with many shops, bars , pubs, restaurants, supermarket. In the Apt there is a garden with a covered part for eating and relaxing in peace.

From here, you can walk to Villa D'Este, Villa Gregoriana, and all the main attractions of our city. Just a few steps from the entrance, there is the square with the daily fruit and vegetable market, and you can have breakfast at one of the many bars in the historic center.
