We stayed at Emanuela's and the apartment I have to say that it turned out to be really delicious. Everything new, stylish and minimal decor, all the necessary but. Apartment halfway between Catanzaro Citta and Lido, good choice if you want to move. A plus for being able to bring our dog , who really appreciated their beautiful English lawn. Both Emanuela and her husband were kind and helpful. If we return to the area, it will definitely be our first choice.

Clean and well-maintained house, definitely a little dated but in line with the context of the historic center. Located on the second floor without an elevator (condominium staircase to be renovated). Very central location, you can reach the course in a 5-minute walk. Very large apartment with two double bedrooms (one of which has a balcony), living room and kitchen, as well as clearly the bathroom equipped with all bathroom fixtures. Accurate, punctual and welcoming host, responds promptly to messages and is always available for any request. If you could use a tip: you could make more and better use of your stay with a TV, a coffee table, a bookshelf, making it even more welcoming. We really appreciated the chromecast on the television, allowing us to project TV series from our mobile phone, and the Wi-Fi connection with strong signal throughout the house. The stay was very pleasant, we will definitely be back, thank you Francesco, see you soon!

Franco is a very present and kind host. The location of the property is a stone's throw from the sea, with a very spacious garden outside and a ten-minute walk from the nearest supermarket.

Wonderful place! We had an entire house and a huge olive grove surrounding the property (8 hectares!). Extremely quiet. Only the cicadas can be heard:) Andrea (the host) was extremely responsive, answering any doubts and questions, extremely polite and at a high level of personal culture. And the house itself is very cozy. Beautiful kitchen with tiled finishes, cozy living room with couches and TV, and two bedrooms and bathroom. I highly recommend both the place and the hosts. Lovely people!
