Great value for money stayed with family and we made great use of the leisure facilities which are excellent. The location is great as it’s near lots of attractions and great for walking lots within walking distance too we loved exploring the area via the woods. There are a couple of pubs a fantastic park and a McDonalds only a few minutes walk. The accommodation is basic but modern and clean.

My employees stayed at the property as a home away from home for a work trip. The property is great value for money, easy check in, nice & clean. They loved the use of the spa facilities. Thanks again, will definitely book again next time we're in the area 😊👍️

Decent little find this, four bed house tucked away in a quiet housing area. Easy to check in at the leisure centre for the keys, didn't use the facility but they do a decent well priced brekki. House is clean, beds are comfy and the shower runs hot. Jobs a good one for a couple of nights, would recommend.

We had a great time at the house. We particularly enjoyed the large and enclosed garden with hot tub and large paddling pool, all of which were fantastic for the children. Thank you for a brilliant stay and for being so responsive.

We would like to thank our hosts they were very helpful and very kind people. The cottage was amazing and so beautiful you can tell that a lot of money has been spent to get it to where it is. The space was amazing for what we paid we can’t fault anything, obviously you can always pick at bits no holiday is ever perfect but this holiday was as close that that as possible. Our granddaughters first holiday was a perfect experience she loved seeing the dogs on there and horses and sheep. The pool was lovely and clean also nice and warm to it’s absolutely beautiful great size of pool so it is, the amenities in the games room were great free pool table ping pong to play as well. So finally we would like to thank the hosts and all the team there for everything, and we would definitely recommend it for anyone 100% From the Henderson’s

We had a lovely 2 night family break at Peacock Barn over October half term. It's a beautiful property with fantastic amenities and perfectly located for exploring the many sites and activities the area has to offer. The swimming pool and games room provided the children with a space to play and have fun which was a key factor for choosing this property. The garden was great for our dog providing plenty of space to run around and secure, providing peace of mind. It would be the perfect spot to enjoy during the summer months. We will definitely be returning. Thanks for having us!

Perfect place for a larger group. Plenty of free on street parking, not a particularly busy road so felt cars were safe. Very clean. Overall one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at.

The house is absolutely beautiful and very welcoming. The decoration is beautiful and the beds were extremely comfortable. All linen was clean and everything was all cleaned and tidy. There is amazing outdoor space which is sheltered so can be used in all weathers. I would recommend to anyone to stay here. The home is 10 minutes outside of the city center so perfect location. The host Mun was amazing with the communication, always responded and gave clear instructions throughout my stay.

only spent the night for a friend's birthday and now wishing we booked it for longer. the picture do not do it justice, this place is amazing, very clean, spacious and Muhammad is an amazing host, any questions, he was at the ready to answer. we will be using him again. thank you for an amazing experience.

Very happy with our stay at Kash’s. Very comfortable stay for the five of us who were working at The Grand Theatre. 30 minute walk or ten minute drive. Thank you! ( small thing but a couple of tea towels would be great)

The house was exactly as described and the furnishings were absolutely gorgeous. This home is clearly a perfect example of what Airbnb’s should be like. Andrew was an awesome host and allowed us to check in a couple of hours early which was much appreciated. His recommendation for fish and chips from a local shop was spot on and filled one evenings dinner. The home is lovely and warm with a beautiful ambiance, the addition of the TV’s in the bedrooms meant the kids could watch some light hearted TV before bed. I would highly recommend this host and this home to anyone stay in this area.

The accommodation served the 6 of us really well. The area is quiet , but £6 in an uber gets you into the city. Ricky was really helpful and let us check in early without any additional costs. When we are next working In the area , we will 100% be booking here again.

Couldnt have found a nicer place to stay. The location was absolutely perfect for where we were going on our trips. The property was so well presented on arrival and they even put on the extra touches by adding a lovely birthday banner and bunting for my daughters birthday. I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The hosts were incredibly proactive and responded quickly to any questions, making the whole experience seamless. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, warm, and matched the photos perfectly. It’s in a quiet area, which made for a relaxing stay, and they provided more than enough towels and sanitary items. A wonderful bonus was the coffee machine—such a thoughtful touch! The neighbours were lovely, and their adorable dogs made the stay even more special. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

A 5 star stay. We came from Australia and New Zealand for a wedding and this house was the perfect base for it. For the two weeks we stayed here we felt absolutely at home. The house is stunning, plenty of space and all the amenities you need. Nik even made sure we had a mid stay clean half way through. He was a very welcoming host from the start and was always available if I had any questions. Couldn’t recommend this house to anyone more and it has certainly made me want to come back!
