Just 7 minutes from m5 jcn 29 and Exeter airport or a 12 minute walk from Whimple train station. Exeter has great tourist facilities and restaurants. Well behaved dogs are welcome on the ground floor only. Please don’t plan on leaving your dog alone.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

The charming cottage is surrounded by a lush garden featuring vibrant flowers and greenery. The brick exterior is complemented by white window frames and a black front door. Sunlight filters through the trees, creating a serene atmosphere.

Gnome Cottage was such a relaxing and tranquil place to stay! It's also a great place to stay if you want to be close to Exeter, Seaton and Lyme Regis. Props have to go to the hosts for fantastic communication when I sent any messages! Overall very highly recommend Gnome cottage to anyone!

Another lovely stay at the hut this is our second time here its amazing with lovely views and beautiful surroundings the hut is spacious comfy and has all you need . We had a wonderful stay at Katy’s place. It was so very peaceful with beautiful surroundings. Having the enclosed courtyard was invaluable, as I was alone some days with the dogs and it meant I didn’t have to worry about where they were, as it was totally secure and private. The kitchen facilities were everything I needed for cooking, the property was spotless and relaxing and of high quality throughout. Walking from the door up the lane to the woods was fabulous with the dogs. And the homemade scones on arrival were amazing. Thank you Katy for a wonderful stay.

The room is absolutely wonderful and has everything one needs. The house is in a very quiet area just outside of Exeter and in a beautiful setting. The room has a very good size, is clean and perfect for a good night's rest. Rachel is the perfect host. I would recommend this place for your stay in Exeter

Charlotte was a great host, we had a lovely couple of days there and came back feeling happy and relaxed! Check in/out instructions were super clear and easy to follow. The annex itself was cosy, clean and had all the supplies you would need. Would highly recommend staying here!!

We had a lovely weeks stay at Bamford Barn, a perfect location for exploring the south Devon coast from Lyme Regis to Exmouth and beyond. Bamford Barn is beautifully finished with quality furnishings, a very comfy bed and was spotlessly clean. Based on a small farm just outside the town of Ottery St. Mary which has all the amenities you would need including a Sainsburys and Petrol. We would highly recommend Bamford Barn.
