Villa Lupita: Pueblo Mágico y cenotes.

Vi havde tre skønne dage i Villa Lupita over julen. Boligen var det perfekte åndehul efter et par travle rejsedage. Haven er klart husets masterpiece, men resten af boligen levede også op til vores forventninger. Nem indkvartering, dejligt med overdækket, privat parkering og gåafstand til alt i Valladolid. Også et kæmpe plus, at Evelin og Ivan stiller tandpasta, shampoo og lignende til rådighed. Der er meget få og bagatellignende minusser at få øje på ved boligen. Hvis jeg skal nævne et par, så drillede airconditionen i soveværelset en del, men til gengæld var der en blæser i loftet, som fungerede fint til at køle rummet ned. Derudover var der et ret tydeligt indkig til naboejendommen fra et vindue i en dør, som gjorde, man følte sig lidt mindre privat, når der var aktivitet i haven ved siden af. Men det var ikke noget, der ødelagde vores samlede oplevelse. Derudover kunne vi ikke umiddelbart få adgang til kontakterne til belysning i poolområdet. Alt i alt en super dejlig oplevelse

La estancia está muy bonita, hubo una confusión porque entendimos que era un alojamiento completo como dice el anuncio pero resulta que son dos suites que comparten espacio de piscina y cocina. No habría problema pero la idea era una escapada romántica. Mejor poner "alojamiento compartido" para evitar confusión. En general la pasamos muy bien, y la chica de limpieza muy atenta. La ubicación tampoco es muy céntrica por lo que fue bueno que lleváramos nuestro vehículo. Volveríamos en otro plan pero no para una escapada romántica.

Excelente alojamiento muy cerca del Centro Histórico, muy cómodo y agradable con todos los accesorios descritos, la respuesta de la anfitriona muy oportuna y de gran ayuda; se localiza en la planta baja cama King size muy cómoda, zona muy segura y tranquila cerca del Cenote para nadar, espero tener la fortuna de volver a hospedarme con Imely.

loved our stay here! the kids loved the pool. there's plenty of parking space. it's slightly out of town so a little quieter. next to a gas station and a 5 minute walk from nearest restaurant. very clean. Arturo very responsive! he reached out to us the day before to confirm everything. a/c in the bedrooms worked well! filtered water in the kitchen.

This Airbnb is even more beautiful in person than in the photos! I loved how peaceful the backyard is. So many different places to relax and you genuinely forget you’re in a city. Short walk to the park and great restaurants nearby. I recommend Casa Ancestra across the street for pastries and Casa Oaxaca Antojitos for dinner!

Großartig! Wir waren zu 4 da und alle fanden es fantastisch. Die Cenote ist wunderschön und wir hatten sie - nach dem Betriebschluss - ganz für uns alleine. Die Übernachtung in der Hacienda wird uns in Erinnerung bleiben. Eine ganz tolle Anlage und hilfsbereites Personal. Ein einmaliges Erlebnis für die ganze Familie!

Great value for money! The pool is incredible and very much needed and appreciated in the Valladolid heat! It was kept clean. The location was good for us - we had a car and there is space for parking outside. The shower was hot and powerful and a spacious house for us all to stay comfortably for 6 days

Mauricio is a kind and thoughtful host! He went above and beyond to make sure my sister and I had a comfortable stay. The place is very clean! Imagine our surprise when we found out it was just 2 blocks from our favorite restaurant! If you love to walk you will never need a taxi because it’s less than 1/2 mile to just about everything in town. We had such a lovely time. I highly recommend this wonderful place.

El lugar era igual a como fue descripto. Estaba muy limpio y ordenado! Había agua y gaseosas el la heladera y la cocina estaba muy equipada. La cama es muy cómoda! Martina nos dio instrucciones muy claras para llegar y estaba esperándonos para el check in. Fue muy amable. El departamento es cómodo, tiene buena ubicación: está a unos pocos minutos de la Calzada de los Frailes y de la terminal de ADO. El barrio es muy tranquilo. Muy buena relación precio-calidad. Muy recomendable!!

We stayed for one month and felt very safe and secure. The stay was very comfortable. We especially were appreciative of the kitchen facilities, cookware and dishes. The king size bed was sooo comfortable with good quality bedding. It was a bit difficult to regulate the temperature in the shower and we would have liked a bit more water pressure (especially for doing hair). Once a week Mary provided laundry service for linens and towels, as well as she provided bottled water. Very much appreciated! The back terrace is lovely but we found the furniture not very comfortable for long periods of sitting with the exception of the hammock which was very enjoyable. The neighbourhood was a bit noisy at times with many barking dogs but it was bearable. Within a block or so we had access to groceries, meat market, fruit and veggie market and laundry service. Mary was the most responsive host we have ever had, always checking in, and promptly providing our requests! Highly recommend!

La finca Pitahaya es hermosa, la distribución de la casa es adecuada para una familia grande, ideal para familias con infantes, la alberca excelente en tamaño. Sala, comedor y cocina, excelente!! Cumplen con todos los requerimientos para una Excelente estancia. Incluso nos dejaron frutas 😊☺️ La ubicación está padre porque puedes ir a muchos lugares, es básicamente un punto medio, si deseas ir a Tulum, Playa del Carmen o algún parque Xcaret. Cabe destacar que el fraccionamiento donde está la finca es súper tranquilo! Te sientes como en casa 🏡

Es una casa sumamente céntrica a solo 2 cuadras del centro. Con excelentes servicios a sus alrededores. Incluso hay un cenote a la vuelta de la casa. Hay tiendas y tortillería muy cerca. En conclusión está en una excelente ubicación y a la casa no le hace falta nada más que tiempo para disfrutar todo lo que hay. Sugiero que si vas a rentar esta casa sea por lo menos por 4 días ya que no da tiempo de hacer todo lo disponible en el área

Perfect place if you want to visit Valladolid. We felt at home from the very first second we stepped into wild Valladolid. Crystals recommandations of restaurants and cenotes is an extra plus we enjoyed our stay so much, we were realy sad, we had to leave after two nights! Next time we want to stay longer! And: these beds are soooo comfy!! Loved everything about this place! It’s a hidden gem in a wonderful city! A must do!!!

Claudia es muy amable siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros, su departamento está increíble, es un lugar planeado y pensado para todo tipo de huésped. Viaje con niños y fue muy cómodo tener AC y TV en todas la áreas del lugar. Hay una pequeña tienda a unos pasos del lugar (tiene lo necesario) y queda a media cuadra de puntos de interés y restaurantes. Sin duda lo recomiendo!

El lugar es magnífico! Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia corta o larga en Valladolid la cama es muy cómoda, la cocina está muy completa para que solo compres despensa y cocines aquí. El lugar es súper tranquilo, es casi como vivir dentro la naturaleza. Si te dedicas a trabajar desde tu laptop te va a quedar muy bien por qué el internet es bueno. Yo traje mi auto y también tienen un espacio súper seguro para reguardarlo dentro de la propiedad. Y por último y no menos importante quiero resaltar la gran atención de Grey, todo momento estuvo al tanto de mis necesidades es una gran anfitriona! Sin duda regresaría a este lugar.

Wir sind mit unseren 3 Kindern (9,11,15) unterwegs-die Unterkunft von Andrea ist PERFEKT für unsere Bedürfnisse!!! Supergute Lage für Tempel und Cynotenbesuche. Das Haus mit dem Garten, abgeschirmt von der Straße, ist ein magischer Ort in dem man eine wunderschöne Zeit hat! Die Kinder haben den Pool genossen, Andrea ist wahnsinnig freundlich und hilfsbereit, alles hat perfekt geklappt, ganz klare Empfehlung an alle, die eine feine, besondere und sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft suchen! Wir wurden sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend von Priscila empfangen. Den PKW im Hof kostenfrei abzustellen war eine große Hilfe. Die Lage der Wohnung ist genial gewesen. Alle wichtigen Punkte waren zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung hatte einen spanisch-kolonialen Hauch. War sehr geräumig und sauber gewesen. Sie war ruhig, die Schlafzimmer waren zum Hof ausgerichtet. Eine kleine gemütliche Terrasse hat und den Aufenthalt versüßt. Alle notwendige Geschäfte und Restaurants befanden sich in unmittelbare Nähe. Jederzeit wieder. Vielen Dank.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Tout était très adapté. Le logement était propre, bien équipé. La terrasse est très appréciable. Les hôtes toujours très sympathiques. Ils ont répondu aux questions qu’on se posait. Proche de beaucoup de centre d’intérêts comme le centre de Valladolid, les cenotes, Chichen Itzá, Ek Balam. Notre meilleur Airbnb de notre voyage au Mexique. Nous recommandons.❤️

10/10. It’s a clean, beautiful, quiet, peaceful place at a very affordable price. Location is perfect, it’s central but not loud. From the rooftop deck/ kitchen we watched sunset over the most beautiful street in Valladolid with papel picado (the gorgeous colorful flags across streets). All the details are super well thought out— really beautiful space excellent decor. My boyfriend and I feel very lucky. Im tempted to go back. and will recommend friends and family stay here.
