Μοναδική, πέτρινη παραδοσιακή οικία, εντός μεσαιωνικού οικισμού Άνω Σύρου. Η κατοικία έχει αδειοδοτηθεί από τον ΕΟΤ ως τουριστικό κατάλυμα. Χρονολογείται από τα τέλη 16ου αιώνα. Πλήρως ανακαινισμένη χωρίς να έχει αλλάξει ο παραδοσιακός της χαρακτήρας. Στον πάνω όροφο βρίσκεται το καθιστικό (με έναν καναπέ-διπλό κρεβάτι) καθώς και η κουζίνα (εξωτερική). Το στούντιο είναι ένα παραδοσιακό πέτρινο οίκημα που βρίσκεται σε ένα κτήμα περιστοιχισμένο από δένδρα και λουλούδια. Η θέα προς Μύκονο, Δήλο και άλλα Αιγαιοπελαγίτικα Νησιά είναι μοναδική. Κοντά υπάρχουν πολλές οργανωμένες παραλίες καθώς και η γνωστή παραλία της Παχιά ΄Αμμου. Στην περιοχή υπάρχουν εστιατόρια-ταβέρνες, μινι μαρκετ . Δίπλα από το κτήμα βρίσκεται ένα από τα πολλά παραδοσιακά μονοπάτια του νησιού. Η απόσταση από το λιμάνι της Τήνου είναι περίπου 6 χιλιόμετρα.
