La Casa di Alice - Casa sul lungomare ligure

Codice CITRA 011022-LT-0083. Vivi l’emozione di soggiornare in una luminosa casa del 1600, nel cuore di un borgo a pochi metri dal mare. Divertiti a trovare tutti i dettagli del mondo marino presenti nelle stanze, poi esci in terrazza e ammira tu stesso l’azzurro delle acque. Al primo piano un soggiorno/pranzo con divano letto, una cucina, un bagno ed un terrazzo con vista mare. Al piano sottostante una camera da letto matrimoniale ed un secondo bagno. La casa rappresenta la soluzione ideale per una coppia senza o con figli che grazie ai doppi servizi ed al divano letto matrimoniale del soggiorno possono trovare una comoda sistemazione. La casa è accessibile tramite una breve rampa di circa dieci scalini. Abito a pochi passi dalla Casa di Alice e sono disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta o informazione. A pochi caselli autostradali di distanza sull'Autostrada A12 è possibile raggiungere Sarzana, Forte dei Marmi e la Versilia, Portofino. In paese è stato recentemente costruito un autosilo con circa 100 posti auto a pagamento (tariffa giornaliera 10,00 euro). Al solito prezzo è disponibile un garage privato adiacente alla Casa di Alice. Spiaggia, centro, ristoranti, stazione e traghetti sono a poca distanza.
