Vielen Dank es hat wirklich sehr gut gefallen, insbesondere der Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den kleinen Hafen und der Sonnenuntergang waren einfach traumhaft. Eine gelungene Auszeit.

Highly recommend this apartment. Jolanda was quick to get back to us and no problem checking in at 10pm. Apartment was well equipped with 2 comfortable bedrooms and a kitchen with everything including some welcome treats. The hot tub was amazing and very welcome after busy days out. A 10min walk to the old town and bus station with a supermarket around the corner. The shower runs on a tank so as long as no one spends too long there is enough hot water for 4 people. Jolanda also really kindly looked after our bags on our last day as our flight was late. Would definitely stay here again

Toller Aufenthalt in Zman bei Fabio. Das Haus mit Jacuzzi und Outdoorküche war sehr schön. Der kleine Ort bietet alles fußläufig, Einkaufsladen, schöne Badestelle, Restaurants. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön, kleine Wanderungen am Meer entlang bis zum nächsten Ort sind machbar.

From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and service-minded—truly wonderful hosts. The apartment is in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach promenade, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the boat that runs regularly between Okrug and the charming town of Trogir. Inside, the apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there's a Smart TV with good Wi-Fi coverage, so you can stream your own apps without any issues. The pool area is simply stunning—clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. If you're looking for top-quality accommodation with outstanding hosts and a central location in Okrug Gornji, we can warmly recommend this place. We had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Zadar. The space was absolutely spotless and looked just like the pictures—if not better! The terrace was a highlight, with plenty of comfortable seating and a hot tub we enjoyed a couple of times each day. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring. The location was great—walkable to Old Town Zadar, or just a quick and affordable Uber ride away. Our hosts, Mate and Martina, were fantastic—excellent communicators and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They made everything easy and welcoming. We felt right at home here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at Ivana’s place. A very clean, spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea and a private beach! A short drive to great restaurants and Paklenecia NP! Ivana was a great host, very kind and communicative. Highly recommend.

My stay at Irene's was fantastic! Everything was clean, lovingly furnished, and exactly as described. Irene is an incredibly friendly and helpful host—you immediately feel welcome. I definitely recommend it; I would come back anytime.

Die Lage ist einfach super. Die Stadt ist mit dem Uber für 5€ erreichbar, der Strand und gute Restaurants in 2min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und der Balkon toll zum zusammensitzen. Die Betten sind ok (schon etwas älter). Die Küche hat alles, was man zum Frühstück braucht. Zum grillen ist auch alles da. Zum regelmäßigen kochen fehlt es etwas an Ausstattung, hat uns aber aufgrund der guten Restaurants nicht gefehlt. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke Damir!

The little stone house was a charm! It feels off the grid, even thought the next supermarket is located 5min by car, the ocean maybe 10min. You can enjoy the silence as well as a beautiful night sky, while chilling on the Veranda and making BBQ.I enjoyed every moment in this little paradise. Would definitely come again and recommend it to anyone who does enjoy a simple yet charming accommodation like this.

Ein tolles Apartment mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer, das man in 1 Minute zu Fuß erreicht. Super ist auch, dass man ein Stand-up Paddle ausleihen kann. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und herzlich. Schade war, dass wir erst am Abreisetag erfahren haben, dass wir für die Hunde einen Aufpreis bezahlen müssen. Als wir gebucht haben, gab es darüber keine Information.

Words are not enough to describe how beautiful Fisherman's House Magda is. We were able to enjoy a wonderful break, far away from noise, stress and deadlines. Surrounded by nature and right by the sea. The Fisherman's House is furnished with so much attention to detail that you feel right at home. To top it all off, there is a breathtakingly beautiful garden and jetty right in front of the house. I will never forget the sunrises and sunsets. A wonderful place for anyone who wants to get away from everyday life.

Die Unterkunft von Anita war sehr schön. Sie liegt nur 10 Minuten vom Flughafen Zadar entfernt und 15 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es kleinere Supermärkte bei denen man fast alles bekommt und eine leckere Pizzeria. Das Haus und die vielen Möglichkeiten (Billard, Tischtennis, Pool) haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

A beautiful apartment in a peaceful location. Everything is spotless and well maintained. Nick is so friendly and helpful including a lift to the supermarket on arrival. A good sized clean pool with comfortable sun loungers set in landscaped gardens which are loving tended. All the beds and chairs are comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The views are stunning - breakfast on the balcony watching dolphins out at sea. A top class apartment that we hope to revisit - thank you Nick and family for making us feel so welcome in your home.

Klein maar prima! Alles wat je nodig hebt is er. De buitenruimte, tuin en zwembad zijn heel fijn. Marija is vriendelijk en verraste ons met zelfgemaakte taart. Haar echtgenoot zette de fietsen voor ons klaar.

Waw! We found our own private paradise in Croatia. What a lovely stay we had at Milan’s air bnb. The inside provides everything you need and is very clean. The thing is.. you just want to sit outside all the time because that area is absolutely amazing. The swimming pool is perfect and super clean, on top of that there’s the whole sitting area that makes cosy afternoons/evenings so easy. You can cook outside while still being close to your friends and family. Our host, Milan, was super kind and helpful. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this place.. or even book it again for ourselves!

Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und in einer angenehm ruhigen Lage. Der Pool und der Jacuzzi waren immer sehr sauber und es gab genug freie Liegemöglichkeiten. In der Wohnung war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden und alles top gepflegt. Radovan war ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber mit guten Englischkenntnissen, der Austausch war jederzeit problemlos möglich. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen!

We hebben een paar heerlijke dagen gehad in het appartement van Drazen. Hij is erg vriendelijk en geeft tips over de omgeving. Ook heeft hij ons getrakteerd op zelfgebakken lekkernijen.

Lorena's houses are AMAZING. We had a trip for 5 days with 2 kids under 2. Two separated rooms was perfect for us. Houses are geniously equipped, you will find there everything whats needed. The dishwasher and laundry is an additional detail which was very good to have. Houses are perfectly located, nearby the centre and bus station (where you can go eg to Split or Krka national park). Close you will also have a supermarket where you can buy totally everything. Definitely we will recommend this place to friends and maybe go back to Zadar again in the future.
