Vacation rentals with a patio in Timmendorfer Strand

Hi. I myself have now spent 7 nights on site in the depths of winter. The accommodation, lovingly decorated and equipped, offers everything necessary to rest and unwind. According to the space available, the shared use of the roof terrace is worth its weight in gold. A special asset in summer. It was a nice time, which I would like to repeat at any time! I wish Simone all the best and a full house again and again! It's worth it!

A dream! If you want to relax, pet animals and fall into a hip life on a farm with a café, this is the place to be. We were very warmly welcomed and our dog and the farm dog were as shockingly in love with each other as we were with the farm. We will definitely be back! :)

Location was ideally suited to drive by car to the nearest P+R to get from there anywhere comfortably to Hamburg and back home. And "home" is chosen here on purpose. We felt right at home. We were there with 2 couples over Pentecost… the house is just a dream. The furnishings + decorations are perfectly matched. You could only feel comfortable and there was nothing missing. Questions were answered within 5 minutes. The whole house shone with cleanliness and the garden and the green areas were also very well maintained… this accommodation can only be recommended. For 4 people super sufficient… especially also because of the 2 bathrooms… we will be back…for us a 10 out of 10… .big thanks to the owners..

We were warmly welcomed. Our host Anne is totally straightforward and very likeable. In the cozy accommodation, we immediately felt at home. It's about a 15-minute walk to the beach. and it's wonderful to explore the cliffs. Eckernförde can be reached in 15 minutes by car. We also liked it on the Kiellinie, where we found colorful life. All in all, we spent very relaxing days there.

Overall, the accommodation is incredible! However, I find it is only 3.5- 4 stars! Because privacy is not really offered here. There are about 5 people going in and out of the terrace to get into the parking garage. I don't know to what extent this is agreed with the accommodation or the host, but it is very unpleasant and cumbersome, especially when you are standing in your sleepwear in the morning. Accordingly, I think the accommodation is really great, but because of the privacy point, I think it may be €100 too expensive. Because you are not guaranteed to remain unobserved there.

We enjoyed the stay! The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. The location is perfect, everything important is within walking distance. Ria is very nice, communication was easy. We fully recommend the apartment!

Pure tranquility in Einhaus, exactly what we were looking for! With the sauna, a real asset and very close to nature.

Everything was great so far, the shower curtain and the chairs could be exchanged. Otherwise, great😉

Pictures correspond to the truth. There was everything you needed in the accommodation. The sauna was warm within a short time. Very child-friendly as outlets are secured, we had two high chairs and the beds for the big kids were great. The only negative was that there was no change of bed linen or towels, you could wash on site and use the dryer, but this took too long. However, it tends to affect families with smaller children, as a mishap can always happen. Communication with the hostess was great, there was always a quick response and she was very friendly.

Cute house in a holiday complex. Needed a quiet weekend just like that. Everything we needed was there and it was nice and clean. Communication was quick and friendly and a later check-in was possible for a small surcharge.

We just had a great stay here. Everything was as described and incredibly clean!!! Great praise, even in the last corner and on white furniture. Everything perfect. Location, services, etc. were great. The washing machine is a dream. Everything was thought of and everything was there. We loved staying here. And Mandy was so nice and flexible on Sunday when we left to allow us to check out an hour later. Highly recommended, even with a dog. Great surroundings, baker, Rossmann, forest and lake. What more could you ask for :) simply thank you.

We had a wonderful family weekend with our two small children in the beautiful vacation home. The furnishings of the apartment are great, everything is very clean, cozy and beautifully maintained. The proximity to the beach, where there is also a fish stand, as well as to the ice cream parlor is perfect for a vacation with small children. Excursions to strawberry picking and Wismar can be reached quickly. For us personally, harder mattresses and a darkening of the windows would have been nice. Thank you for a lovely weekend getaway!

This small apartment is lovingly and very practically furnished. It is wonderfully equipped with useful things and very comfortable. We were able to sleep very well there. We would also have liked to use the garden in warmer weather, because it looks very idyllic. We felt very comfortable.

We had a great stay and felt right at home in Astrid's apartment! The surrounding lakes and the sea are great to reach and really worth a visit! Gladly again :)

My husband and I spent ten days in Daniel's apartment and felt very comfortable. It has everything your heart desires. The living rooms as well as the two bathrooms are very clean and above all cozy and furnished with a lot of love for (maritime) detail. The path to the Baltic Sea is around the corner. There are some nice shops and good restaurants within walking distance. The surroundings also invite you to linger. If we get back to Scharbeutz, we will be happy to stay with Daniel again.

Really nice house, in really good condition. Everything lived up to what was promised

We were four for an extended weekend in the accommodation. Everything matched the photos and we particularly noticed the cleanliness. Likewise, everything you need is available in the kitchen and bathrooms. The quiet location was also positive, but you can quickly reach Schwerin city center on foot. We would definitely come back.

Clear recommendation for the Sundkieker vacation home! We felt right at home from the first day. Great view, very good location, excellent starting point for bike tours, short distances to Aalkate and Lütten, very high-quality, modern furnishings and all in all a feel-good place. Thomas is quick to reach and check-in and check-out worked smoothly. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment is perfect and exactly as in the photos. From the balcony, you have a beautiful view of the Eimsbüttler Weiher and the middle of one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Hamburg. We highly recommend the place and would come back anytime!
