It is the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours. 4 km from the center of Bad Bentheim and 4 km from the Dutch border, you can start from here directly on the sandstone route. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Het Goede Gemoed; "Afterwards and yet close". Good cozy restaurants are plentiful and also grabbing a movie is done in no time.

The renovated holiday home is located close to the beautiful nature reserve 'Het Springendal' and 'Landgoed Singraven' where you can make beautiful walks and bike rides. You can also visit the beautiful historic town of Ootmarsum. This nature house is the ideal place where you can completely relax and enjoy the Twente landscape.

It's rare to find a place that's both historic and one-of-a-kind. You will stay in the oldest house in Denekamp. You have access to a complete studio in the barn of this beautiful village farm.
