Check-in felt like walking into a friend’s home.. you follow the simple instructions and you’re instantly settled, no fussing with hidden keys or cryptic lockbox codes. The house itself is a gem. Perched right on the beach, it’s that rare mix of stylish comfort and laid-back charm. Wide windows frame an ever-changing ocean view, and the soothing sound of waves rolls in all day long. From early-morning coffee on the deck to sunset strolls along the shore, every moment felt idyllic. We left refreshed, grateful, and already plotting a return visit. Thanks for creating such a flawless getaway, Donald!

We felt like a million bucks! James was kind and responsive throughout the process and we have no complaints there! The stay itself was wonderful. Every morning we walked along the beach and got breakfast in town. Definitely recommend to anybody looking for a peaceful getaway!

Cliff’s place was a wonderful stay! Right on the beach, private and quiet. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Wren’s Nest. The beach front location was peaceful and quiet and we were able to walk to restaurants and shops. The house was clean and welcoming and we very much appreciated the ability to bring our dog. He loved the beach access and met many friends. Thanks again! We were sad to leave.

Beautiful, quiet home near Oceanside Beach. The photos are exactly what you expect. The house was neat and clean. It comfortably accommodated our group of 7. We would happily stay here again.

This is by far the best home we’ve ever stayed at! Right on the beach in a peaceful neighborhood-many times I was the only one on the beach-Easy level path right to the sand from the yard-Beautiful furnished home with soft bed linens & towels-Great comfy leather couch & relining chairs to look out spacious windows to the beach-especially nice when you just want to relax and watch the waves-The beds were especially comfy and the home was the cleanest I’ve ever seen-lots of everything you would need in the kitchen-we had fresh crab, clams and smoked salmon…a seafood delight! Teri was so kind and responsive that she made you feel very welcome and more like a good friend-The home is minutes to Pacific City so venture out to the Pelican Brewery Restaurant-the best fish & chips and chowder ever-be sure to shop the little stores and visit the Greatful Bread-best fresh bakery I ended up going twice too-Such a wonderful home we hated to leave-Thank You Terri for having us!

We absolutely loved staying in this cabin! The views were great! It was comfortable for all seven of us and served as home base for our Oregon Coast vacation. Lots to do and see just a short drive away. We definitely plan to stay here again!

Our stay was perfect. I can see now why this place is so popular in the area. Descent go the beach is close to the property and worth all of the steps. The actual house is amazing and incredibly well-kept. If it went on the market, we would buy it as our forever home. As for Chris, we have nothing but positives to say. He was kind, responsive, and understood that our arrival was impacted by an unforeseen circumstance. He helped us feel welcome and supported, while giving complete, peaceful privacy.

Beautiful oasis! We have a two year old and four year old and truly enjoyed this special place. If you have littles be warned that there is a cliff drop off from the deck to the beach which wasn’t totally clear from the listing/ pics. Also there’s no pack and play or plastic cups/ plates etc for kids so bring your own and plan accordingly. Overall incredible experience and memories for a lifetime.

Absolutely loved the view. The home is avery nice and loved the big couch. Spent a lot of time sitting in the chairs by the beach. It was so relaxing and peaceful. Close to town and great amenities. We rode the train, ate some really good seafood at Old Smokehouse and at Jetty Fishery and Marina. We ate at the Original Pronto Pup, ice cream cones, and enjoyed the local foods store. The shops were fun and we definitely strengthened the local economy. It was just a really nice vibe and the weather was perfect. We will definitely stay there again!

I didn’t want to leave!!! Hannah has thought of everything! What a peaceful place for a sister weekend! I sat on the porch each morning taking in the view and drinking my coffee. Beautiful!

Our first time staying at Rockaway and it was amazing! The space was exactly as described; comfortable, peaceful and it truly felt like home. It was kid-friendly, which made a big difference for our family and we we felt completely at ease the entire time. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach and tucked away in a quiet area. Check-in was smooth and communication was easy and responsive. This will be our goto every time we stay at Rockaway.

Wonderful place to stay, cozy and welcoming as soon as we walked in. Everything was laid out with easy to find instructions, and all accommodations that could’ve been thought of, were. Fantastic place to stay if traveling through the coast, easily accessible to all surrounding towns and attractions! 10/10 space to stay, would absolutely come back.

This is the second time we've stayed in Chris's home. This unit is completely stocked with everything you would need for cooking and comfortable bedding. We saw whales right in front of the unit. Once again, thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will definitely be back again.

This is our second time we have stayed at Jessica’s Beach Bungalow and we could not recommend her place enough to everyone. The beautiful neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and safe. The beach is literally a few minutes away on foot and the view at the top of the access stairs is quite breathtaking. As for the home, Jessica has done a fantastic job in making the inside feel like home. The house is clean, the beds are amazingly comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need whether you are just making coffee or a barbecued meal from the Traeger grill on the back patio. And after a lovely hike to The Knoll, the hot tub is well deserved and appreciated! We look forward to staying again in the future and finding another hand blown glass ball on the beach. Our stay at Matthew’s was lovely. Olivia beach is a great area and we had a great time hiking God’s thumb!

This place was a dream. The view was incredible - pictures were beautiful but seeing it in person was a whole other experience! Place was as described, hosts were responsive. 10/10 definitely will be coming back.

Loved the condo; the beachy theme was beautifully done. The ocean front view was amazing. So relaxing. Am planning on staying there again. Another plus, is the elevator (instead of having to climb stairs) and the underground parking garage.

This was our 3rd time so feels like a home away from home (especially if you are getting over a bug as we were). Always enjoy our stay at Betta's Cove.

We absolutely loved staying here and would do it again. The view was beautiful especially at sunset with the hot tub, close to restaurants, and the beach access is right by your unit. It was super clean and very well equipped, especially the kitchen! Had everything we needed including spices. Definitely recommend to anybody wanting a private space that feels like home.

This is an awesome place on a magnificent beach with great friendly locals. I am Al most 69 and over 309 lbs and the 32 steps to the 3rd floor were no problem at all. This place was a super value and extremely spacious for the tow of us. My wife loved that wack of us had a bathroom. There is at least two weeks worth of stuff to do in Lincoln City and two hours North or South. Blown away by the old growth trees, mountains, huge scenic beaches and some of the easiest to walk sand we have ever experienced. Loved all nine days!
