Excellent house in Tijucas - SC.

Relax with the family in this cozy house 15 km from beautiful beaches in Itapema and Bombinhas, 30 km from Balneário Camboriú and Governador Celso Ramos. Bosque da Mata is a pleasant neighborhood in Tijucas, very quiet, excellent for hiking, a bakery 400 meters away, a supermarket 1.5 km away, where the night reigns with the peace and quiet typical of a small town. A safe house, equipped with an electric fence, a covered garage, two bedrooms with double beds, one of which is a suite with air-conditioning.

Located in the rural area of Tijucas, the space has lawns, fruit feet in general, super cozy rooms, spring within the property.. You can bathe in the river, it is very calm and clean! Guaranteed fun for children has 6 balances and one more balance of infinity, in addition to a little house in the tree. Wide space to play ball, run, bathe in the creek and play outdoors.

This place is perfect for group trips, close to the best beaches of Santa Catarina, (access by car). Well equipped and comfortable, with private garage, (uncovered) electronic gate. Close to a supermarket and pharmacy. (access by car) Residential neighborhood near the lake. The beaches of Tijucas, Porto Belo, Itapema and Meia Praia are close by, but you need a car to get there. Enjoy your vacation in a quiet location near the best beaches in southern Brazil.
