Nice place, though it’s a bit of a downside that the bedroom isn’t directly connected to the bathroom; you have to walk through a shared hallway to get there. The host is very nice.

i did not Meeting Luisa in Person but She was communicative & helpful for the check in and her Assistent, who checked me in was very Kind . The room is clean and easy walkable from all stations .

Sarah's place is clean, comfortable, and located in the middle of lush green. Yard is full of big lemon trees, olive trees, and flowers like roses and lavenders. They also have hens who provides us breakfast 🥚 Sarah is super friendly. Don't miss her lemon jam! Walking distance from a super market called Sigma.

Marina is the most welcoming and friendly host!She drove to the train station to pick us up, and we also saw her lovely son Salvo, who was very young but helped us move our luggage, it was awesome! Marina gave us practical information about the area, and on her advice we took a boat to San Fruttuoso, and saw a beautiful flower show in Genoa. Marina's house is on a hill surrounded by greenery.There is a small stream near the house, and you can hear the sound of running water on the terrace outside the door. The environment is very cozy.The yard downstairs is full of plants, very beautiful, I remember there was a lemon tree full of fruit. Our room is full of surprises.Marina prepared a lot of snacks, coffee, tea, etc. for us for breakfast, there are many different drinks and milk in the refrigerator, and the kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware and utensils.The bedroom and bathroom are very clean and spacious.We had a comfortable three days! At the end of the trip, Marina drove us to the train station again, thank you very much, it was a very pleasant vacation.I'll come here for vacation if I get a chance.

This is a fabulous place to stay away from any crowds and a stunning location and place to beautiful outside spaces and our apartment was just lovely. We were made so welcome and our host was very flexible with check out as the weather was terrible. Recommend. We loved it

Martha and Francesco’s place was great. Martha made the check in process very easy and was very responsive to any questions/concerns. The place was also very clean and has a great location within Riomaggiore. We would stay here again.

We stayed one night and it was just a great location and Nicola was very helpful and attentive. We even borrowed bikes for the day. A great find.

Great experience. It was like going to a loving aunt's house. Everything is super clean and the environment is well-kept and welcoming. A hearty breakfast, carefully prepared at the perfect time requested. The welcome was not taken for granted: I appreciated that despite the fact that we were often at home at the same time, Anna Maria was never too much, she never invaded spaces or acted like the "always-present hostess". It really takes courage to have strangers in the house and a lot of professionalism to treat them like that. Absolutely recommended!!

This place is a beautiful haven and the beer is great as well! I highly recommend staying at Le Spine. Michaela and her family were warm and welcoming. The meal was just perfect and the view is spectacular. If you are walking the Via Francigena, it’s a great spot to stay. If you’re not walking, it’s a super pristine location full of beauty.

Amazing B&B, room was nice and big with good big bed and extra pillows if needed. Bathroom had everything you could possible need (shower gel shampoo, soap, toothbrush and paste, vanity set, etc) Kitchen had everything aswell and the self service breakfast was ok point (cereal, bread, butter, jam, coffee machine etc.) Woud definitely recommend.

Staying at Marco and Silvana’s beautiful apartment was like visiting an art gallery during the art deco era. They are warm hosts with a very unique home; the breakfast on the roof top Garden was a highlight. We enjoyed every minute!

Barbara is a top host - always friendly and with tips and recommendations for things to do on the spot - and offers a first-class accommodation in a great central location - just 2 minutes to the sandy beach and the promenade with several restaurants, less than 5 minutes to the train station and max. 10 min to the great historic old town. There were four of us and we had the entire apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to ourselves. Everything was available in the apartment, we really didn't miss anything. Sheets and towels were even changed several times and the bathrooms cleaned. Breakfast was varied, fresh and very generous with sweet and savory food, even special requests of the children were promptly provided and fulfilled. Only the train traffic is good to hear, we slept with open windows due to the heat. Those who are sensitive here may want to know. We 100% recommend the place, all around tiptop.

I finally came back to my Ideal House: Casa Balsamo! I knew I could regenerate in thisOasis of Peace and Serenity, assisted by Bruno, always ready to hide my needs with a Great Smile. Thisyear, however, I found a wonderful novelty that I was not prepared for... when I saw the Yurt in the lawn, I did not resist: I asked Bruno if I could give up my Beautiful and Cozy room, to experience the Emotion of sleeping like the Mongolian Nomads, looking at the starry sky from my bed. Bruno, not only did he give it to me (with Solito Grande Sorriso), but he added another bed inside to share this Unique Experience with me. One night we heard the horses that, in the wild, passed on the path behind the hedge surrounding the house... another night, I fell asleep listening to the Suggestive beating of the rain on the tent… Thank you Bruno! Whatever type of Experience you want to live, in the Yurt or in one of the Charming rooms available, I recommend to everyone, home conditioner!

Brunella and Guiedo’s B&B is an incredible place to stay. It is warm, inviting, peaceful and relaxing which reflects the hosts. They are a wonderful couple who make you feel so welcome and taken care of. I would definitely return.

Elvira was a truly amazing host! We unfortunately arrived a little later than the check-in time, but she patiently waited for us and greeted us with a big smile! The room was also great, it felt as though you walked into your grandmother‘s home and we thus at once felt welcomed. It was exceptionally tidy and well-kept. I would definitely recommend staying here and am sure to come back if I am ever in the area once more!

Excellent place, spotless, spacious. Wide common areas accessible, including a pleasant rooftop terrace with views towards the harbor. More than a kilometer on foot from the train station but the journey is easy and the tranquility of the place is well worth it.

Love the location. I found the mornings to be very loud but it was overall a nice stay.

We were looking for such a solution to unplug a little, and this B&B has fully met our expectations. It was a great choice since we had a very good time, we were welcomed with a lot of availability and friendliness by Rosalba and Marito. They gave us useful information for our stay, giving us valuable advice. The location of the house is high, panoramic and offers great privacy, away from the hustle and bustle. The location is very clean and thoughtful. In addition to the room, very clean and spacious, equipped with all necessary accessories, there is a large, very clean private bathroom and a private kitchen equipped with all comforts. Rich breakfast with a wide choice of buffets, even with local products at zero km. The outdoor spaces are also very nice, with a very well-kept garden and a beautiful pond with water lilies, fish and frogs. We had a very good time and we definitely recommend it. Gabriela's stay was very pleasant, I found the room and bathroom clean and tidy, the possibility of taking advantage of the Alexa hubs to listen to any music or various news.. comfortable and not at all noisy bed. There are also some useful appliances such as a microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator. Definitely recommend, Gabriela will be able to welcome you in the best way.

Andrea gave us clear instructions for check in, and was a very helpful host. Our room was quite small but we also had access to seating on the terrace (with lovely views) and breakfast was served here also. Note the shuttle bus up to Volastra only runs every 60-80 minutes. The trail from Volastra to Corniglia is a lovely hike, and there was a wine bar about 5 minutes along the trail from Volastra.
