The apartment was spotless. Iara, the owner, was always available to attend to all our needs and concerns. Iara's service is unbeatable! Always very helpful and responsible! He took into consideration all our requests, always giving us a solution! The apartment has everything you need to have a wonderful stay. It is very spacious, bright and located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. It has a train station three blocks away that connects with Retiro and other tourist neighborhoods in the city. I would definitely rent it again. Highly recommended!

We traveled as a family and it was an amazing experience. The accommodation is just as the photos show. Large, modern and comfortable. An amazing view and great location. Shin answered some questions we had during the stay and was always empathetic and quick in his responses. I'll solve a problem we had with one of the garages shortly. However, there are NO bath towels, only hand towels for the number of people staying. But it was resolved. Thank you Shin! We'll definitely be back.

Javier is an excellent host. Always responsive and very friendly. He strived to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The apartment is nice and clean, and the location is great. Can accommodate up to three adults (or two adults and two young children) comfortably.

Everything was perfect, we only spent one night but it was ideal. We came traveling with a loaded car and the garage was very helpful

The apartment is very nice, as shown in the photos. I spent almost 2 months with my dog and everything was spotless. The neighbors are very friendly, the train is a few blocks away, the neighborhood is very comfortable, you have everything you need on that block. As for Pato, a boss, he was always available when needed. I would definitely come back!

The apartment is very comfortable, nice and organized. It has a full bathroom and a toilet. The view of the bay is stunning, and it is also surrounded by restaurants and clubs. Cristian is an extraordinary host, I have never met anyone as kind and warm in their dealings. He responds immediately and helps you with everything you need. You feel like you're on vacation in Miami! The security guys are very friendly and professional. I would go back many times!! It was extraordinary

We have stayed at Milagros’ flat three times, and each visit has been an absolute pleasure. The location is perfect for us, making it the ideal spot for a relaxing stay. Milagros is an exceptional host—her communication is always prompt and clear, and her attention to detail is outstanding. The flat is always spotless, and we were especially impressed when she arranged for a gardener to ensure everything was in perfect condition before our arrival. We’re incredibly happy with each of our stays and look forward to returning soon. Hopefully, our next visit will be even better!

Apartment in a privileged and safe area. Nearby park, river, jogging or biking trails, and very good restaurants and cafes less than a block away. The building is also safe, with a receptionist day and night, a security key to enter the building and to take the elevator or enter common areas. It has a very complete gym, and from there a tremendous view. The apartment complies with every detail of the listing, the desk is appreciated for those of us who work remotely. Despite being 1 room, it is spacious and private. Host Cinthia is very attentive, responds instantly and in a very respectful and courteous manner. A very good experience to recommend.

Martin’s place was comfortable, was clean, was well equipped, we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay. The only issue was we had trouble finding the garage entrance ( we entered the apartment late at night ) , and finding our parking spot ...would have helped to have that info in advance. Check in and check out was very convenient.

Beautiful accommodation! The pristine area, I keep the sunrises that could be seen from the balcony over the river. It's just as you can see in the photos, and the host is super attentive in everything!
