a wonderful view, many tourist spots near the apartment, for those who like to walk it is good, but there is also the subway in front of the apartment, which makes it easy to get to many tourist spots in the city.

The apartment was very complete, it had several items, kitchen cleaning and personal hygiene, which are very useful especially if the stay is short. The hosts were super attentive and helpful, they let us change the check-out time, which was very useful for us to take advantage of our time in Buenos Aires, I would definitely come back

I loved my stay here! It was on a relatively quiet street in Palermo but close to so many great restaurants, bars, and cafes. Also quite convenient to the Subte (metro system), making it easy to get to so many other parts of the city. Don’t miss out on the nearby gardens and the eco park! As for the space, itself: it was super clean, had all the amenities, and was very tastefully decorated. It’s on the 10th floor, which made it fairly insulated from street noise but also gave it a great view from the balcony! The hosts were SO kind and communicative, as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

The apartment is really a luxury, it's the fourth time I've stayed here and every day I feel more comfortable! I am surprised that they are constantly improving something. This last time they welcomed us with new towels, really beautiful, better than a hotel!! I can't find any apartment like this with independent entry and exit, and also with the level and quality that this one has. I recommend it to everyone. It's a unique experience!

Great place to be! Felt a the streets a little to empty at the begining, but then realized that we were very close to San Telmo and Porto Madero, great location, quiet windows and modern apartment.

We spend 4 wonderful days in Family. We enjoyed the outdoor days taking advantage of the grill and the activities of the place. We all were delighted with the place, it exceeded expectations. The neighborhood has a beautiful flora and fauna. Lau answered all the questions and inquiries I had, as well as helping us with the instructions and invitations for the family. The house was spotless, tidy and super equipped. Thank you for your trust in us. We look forward to returning!

Everything was amazing. The house is just as seen in the photos, the land is spacious and nice, perfect for relaxing or getting active for a while. We used the kayak to go for a ride, we also played with balls and rackets, and when we wanted to rest, we had the hammocks. It's the perfect place to disconnect and have a nice time. In addition, Viviana was super attentive from the moment we booked, always attentive to everything.

Very nice place, es re tranquil. It is as shown in the photos. Quite spacious and it hits the pretty nice sunshine. Maxi: a love as a host. The house in general is large and the front yard too, it hits the sun quite well in the mornings. No noise heard. In the place there are neighbors who are pretty good, right next door is a gentleman who sells like wines and beers, and so on. Same to take everything from outside, just in case. Recommended!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful, spacious, and artfully decorated home. The high ceilings, wood floors, and natural light made it feel airy and calm. The setting was very peaceful—no traffic noise—and we appreciated the newer appliances and thoughtful design touches. A few practical issues stood out: the toaster didn’t work properly, and there was a rusted honing rod and steak knife in the drawer. While we appreciated the stainless steel pan, the nonstick one was scratched and worn. The white couch was extremely firm, and the bathroom door in the master bedroom wouldn’t stay closed. Still, these were minor things in the grand scheme, and we’re confident the owners can address them easily. With a few updates, this place could be truly exceptional. We’d gladly come back to enjoy its charm, quiet, and natural light again.

Ivan's place is amazing. The location is great, and the neighborhood is safe and walkable. Lots of restaurants are within walking distance. Ivan was always responsive and pleasant. I look forward to staying again in the future.

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

Ana Laura and Marcelo are very warm, friendly and very attentive. The house is beautiful! The only negative was that the water pump just broke and we were without water for almost a whole day and several days it was cut off at quite inconvenient times. The main shower leaks water and that was also something uncomfortable so we ended up using another bathroom. Other than that, excellent place and hosts!

Mariano and Giselle are very friendly, warm and willing to do anything. We'll be back, the house is beautiful, with plenty of space. Thank you for everything and for being so attentive, it is greatly appreciated ♥️

The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and has all the amenities (TV, microwave, refrigerator, furniture, everything in very good condition). It is very well connected. An additional point in favor that we found is that the building has 24-hour security. We stayed a couple of weeks and felt very comfortable. Highly recommended. A separate paragraph for Anabella's attention throughout the stay, very attentive to all the needs we might have, always available and with very fast communication in all our exchanges. I didn't rate everything 5 stars just because. Andrea's service is really good and not invasive. The neighborhood is nice, the apartment is nice and perfectly adjusted to the value for the money. I would say that the quality received is much higher than the price paid.

Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The host was very friendly and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Consider that there are 4 floors without an elevator, so it makes it difficult to move luggage. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. Yes, it had all the other implements for a perfect stay.

The arrival was excellent, very easy to find and immediately gave us access to verify identity. It has incredible views and is very close to different leisure areas.
