It is located on "Promenade de Tovière" in Tignes le Lac, less than 100 m from the ski lifts in winter and the main lakeside activity sites in summer. The residence is located 50 m from shops (supermarket, bakery, equipment rental, restaurants, ski pass offices in winter etc.) Access to the ski slopes is 100 m away and the return to the residence can be done on skis (from December to May). The property has a ski locker.
