Located directly on the Homosassa River with Gulf Access. Remodeled home located in Old Homosassa. Almost an acre corner lot overlooking the huge bay. Large 2600 square foot, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. The property has a screened lanai room, large BBQ patio, screened boathouse with a cleaning station on the dock with sink, ICE MACHINE, and open patio. Huge boat tie-up area.
