Die Anlage liegt ruhig auf einem großen Grundstück bewachsen mit Bananenstauden, Palmen und Olivenbäumen unweit der Stadt Kos und dem Meer gelegen. Le studio de 30m2 est équipé d'une grande cuisine aménagée , d'une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne, la climatisation , un ventilateur au plafond, la télévision , le wifi et des moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres ainsi qu'à la porte d' entrée. le lit est de 1.80 x 2.00 m pour un couple et peut devenir deux lits de 0.90 x 2.00 m si vous voulez dormir séparément. Ce logement ne convient pas aux enfants de moins de 12 ans. ATTENTION. il faut une voiture ou un autre moyen de locomotion

It is located 15km from the airport of Kos & 6km from the Kos town. Traditional Zia village, where you can enjoy beautiful panoramic sunsets & traditional cuisine is only 4km away.

Serendipity

A little house on the prairie situated on a farm, very close to Tigaki and Marmari beaches, conveniently located in the centre of the island, ideal for quiet holidays with friends or family! Our farm is 50 metres behind the house. Guests are welcome to enjoy our local produce and the family atmosphere. The house is also very close to one of the island's hot spots for kite surfing! It's ideal for kite surfers as the wind in the area is perfect almost every day of the summer.

Είναι ένας ιδανικός χώρος για ζευγάρια που αναζητούν μία ήρεμη και πιο παραδοσιακή εμπειρία στο νησί του Ιπποκράτη. Το Ζιπάρι καθώς και το Τιγκάκι διαθέτουν οτιδήποτε θα χρειαστείτε κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής σας όπως Super Market, φαρμακεία, ταβέρνες, μπαρ, καφετέριες. Η στάση λεωφορείου είναι 500 μέτρα μακριά.

Traditional village house with sea view

The house is located in Asfendiou, a picturesque and quiet village near Zia. It was built in 1923 and has been renovated in a way to combine both traditional and modern style. The terrace overlooks the Aegean Sea and gives a great sunset view. Around 25 min. away from Kos town and 20 min. away from the airport. You can reach the beach only by car in 10-15 min. In any case, renting a vehicle of your choice is highly recommended to make the best of your stay in Kos.

"Villa Athena" consists of 5 separate one-bedroom apartments on garden level (ground floor) and is situated in a prime location facing the beautiful sandy beach of Tigaki. Each apartment has one main bedroom and then the seating area with kitchenette has 2 other beds.(There is air conditioning in each apartment- it's optional & if one decides to need to use it then there's a small extra charge per day). Each apartment has its own private bathroom with shower.
