Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Tierra Verde

Had a great time staying here, the apartment was clean, easy to access and felt safe. There was some construction going on just across the street, but it wasn’t terribly loud. The location of this Airbnb is great, easy to get around and central to Tampa as well as surrounding areas. Host was also extremely responsive! I will be here again some time soon.

Every time a 5-star experience & one of the best values for the price w/included Barefoot Beach Club amenities directly across street. Check in/out always a breeze w/clear communication/instructions - was ready early. Outside free parking 5 steps away & charming balcony/bench. Inside spacious, clean, comfortable, insulated w/ocean views from abundance of windows (has privacy curtains). Unit fresh/safe/secure. AC worked, airflow strong, big/clean SS appliances & stone counters. I used fridge/freezer + oven. Overstocked towels / toiletries for entire group. One BR had closet+hangers. Dressers/TV's in both. LR big screen TV w/cable, Playstation 4 (laggy but playable). Patience w/water pressure but hot. Ladies wanted bright mirror near outlet. Resort heated pool, hot tub & shallow wading pool crystal clear & fully functional. Pool warm, hot tub hot (levels out ~100 degrees due to sheer size. Relaxed vibes poolside w/light music. Beach groomed w/day beds affordable to rent ($20/day). LOVE!

We had a great time at the apartment, it was more than clean, it was neat, spacious place x a one bed with walking closet, one big bathroom, plenty towels, sheets and pillows, nice balcony, kitchen had all utensils x cooking, even though we didn't. Building is really nice, modern, safe, clean, fantastic gym and roof top x residents, 24/7 front desk, great location, easy to find, parking lot, is right behind the building, with direct access to building. I really hight recommend it!!! Thanks to Jenken!!!

Great location! Parking garage nice. Comfortable beds. Carpets in bedrooms could be replaced. Overall nice place and would stay again.

The apartment and location look exactly like the pictures. It’s a perfect spot for someone who wants to have a lot of options (socially) without always going far. The restaurants had great food. There were events on multiple nights in the square. The pool and gym are perfect. We were close to the beach, downtown, and more. The biggest negatives is that the bed and sofa could felt like concrete. Insanely uncomfortable! Also, there was no extra toilet paper, so after ONE use we had to visit Walmart. I would and absolutely will stay here again. Perfect size for 2 people. The additional fees for damages and the amount of personal information they require concerned me BUT I am happy I stayed here. The building was quiet and felt safe.

Amazing place in tampa, really nice location and will definitely recommend to everyone to stay here as it feels exactly like home.

The apartment was very clean and cozy. Location was perfect and close to the mall. Host was very friendly and responsive. Definitely will be coming back.

This facility was exactly what we needed, I will say I was kind of shocked that I thought I prepaid for everything and then was charged for parking as well as a resort fee… Still feel like it was a pretty reasonable price. I just wish she would’ve included it on the front end.

The place was great and the balcony had an awesome view of the water. The place was clean and very nice. Location was key. Very easy walk to Johns pass and across the street to the beach. Anna was very communicative and helpful with the questions I had. I would rent again.

The condo is very beautiful and clean! it had all the amenities you would need. The pool was fantastic. It's only around 10 minutes to drive to the beach. Checking in and out was a breeze. Catinca is a friendly and amazing host. Highly recommend!! Would definitely come back.

The condo was excellent! Pet-friendly and we love the ground floor (no stairs to climb with the pup). Only small issue was the dishwasher didn’t work and although Lisa was very responsive and tried to have it rectified many times, we were without it for most of our stay. Not a big deal though as there was only two of us. We love the Avalon complex and this was our second stay here. First time staying at Lisa’s and it was a very comfortable and clean space! Kitchen was well equipped. Lisa keeps on top of maintenance and looks after the unit. She was always available whenever there was a question or concern. Thank you for hosting us. Hope to be back sometime.

The condo was great. Impeccably clean and provided everything you might need during your stay. It was excellent value for the rate. It was also a very short and simple drive to get to Clearwater beach. I would definitely go back.

We had a great stay at Kristin’s condo. The place was very clean and tidy, tastefully decorated, and well equipped with everything you need for a home-away-from home beach getaway. The beach gear provided (towels, chairs, umbrella, floatation devices, and buggy) was so appreciated and made a huge difference for our daily saunter to the beach. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. The condo had a lovely balcony overlooking the marina. It was great being able to see both the sunrise from the balcony and the sunset at the beach every day. Kristin was quick to respond to inquiries and provided incredibly helpful information. We would highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again!!

Great stay at this place! Rooms are as described and shown on pictures. Access to nice, shared pool included. We spend most of our time at the beach in Clearwater which is an approx. 15min / $14 Uber ride. Would stay there again.

The house was so cute! Clean, neat, bright, fresh, everything we needed. Great location. Debbie was always very responsive to any questions we had. Literally answered any messages within minutes. The only issue with the house is that the bedroom and kitchen are a step down from the the level of the rest of the house. I almost fell during the night going to the kitchen since it is a step down from the dining room next to it, and I missed the step. We would have liked the TV's to be a little bigger. Other than that, the house it great. The only reason for my rating on the cost is that there were only two of us (even though the house can hold 9) so the price was a little steep per person.

Joel was a fantastic host and went beyond what I expected. Very responsive throughout and in the house were great tips for the local area. Our family went to Busch Gardens and the adjacent water park and you couldn't find a better place (you could walk to the parks if you're so inclined). Highly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay, we used the pool and hot tub. It worked out great. Plenty of space to hang out and enjoy yourself when you’re not out doing. All the dishes and pans were easily found to cook at the house, that was excellent for us

Had the most wonderful experience staying at Bucs Bungalow for 4 days during my recent trip to Tampa for a conference! Ann was the most gracious host! She was proactive in introducing herself, inquiring about any questions/concerns I may have before arriving, and updating me on if early check in would be feasible; she was also immediately responsive during our stay (which was so impressive). Her home was beautifully decorated and cozy, well organized - house rules/details were displayed in such a creative & cohesive way, every bedroom/bathroom spotless upon our arrival (which I am very particular about), and kitchen was adequately stocked to make the place instantly feel like home. The neighborhood is pretty quiet, and I felt safe the entire time. The check in/check out processes were also incredibly simple and stress-free. Our group had plenty of space to spead out comfortably. I highly recommend staying here if visiting the Tampa!! The best AirBnB experience I’ve had to date!

A small space but it was just me. I liked the security of having the owner next door. Close to food.
