I liked the location, it's a few blocks from downtown and the coastal edge. The privacy that the home gives is the best, ideal for coming as a family or a couple.

We loved staying at Joy's house. She was very kind, always willing to help. Without any doubt I recommend this place. Likewise, if I return to Punta Arenas I would not hesitate to stay at Joy's house again.

The house is very spacious, beautiful and comfortable, with everything you need to feel at home. It is full equipped. The location is superb, very close to Zona Franca and in a quiet neighborhood. In addition, it is an ideal place for families with small children as it has spacious and safe spaces where they can play and run safely. Claudia, our host was very attentive and kind. We are very comfortable and relaxed during our stay, and we definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet and welcoming place to stay. Jaime's apartment is nicer than the pictures. We had an inconvenience to confirm the reservation as we traveled from Argentina and could not communicate earlier due to our inconveniences, Jaime gave us a quick response and had everything ready and impeccable quickly. We were welcomed by their parents, they were more than friendly and both Jaime and they were attentive to our needs. The house is spacious, comfortable and complete, well located, a short distance from the mall and free area if you are by car, it also has space for its storage. We stayed for almost four days with the family of 4. Thank you Jaime and family! We will definitely be back.

Great little apartment. Perfect for our stop over on way to Antarctica. Much better than local hotels.

Everything was very clean and organized. In a quiet area. And the best part is that it has its own system to get in where you don't bother anyone. Loved it, totally recommended.
