We were lucky to find these owners and this place! Sandra and her husband are very helpful and friendly! the apartment is very clean and spacious, has everything you need for living! You can walk to the city center in 15-20 minutes. 10-15 minutes to the bus station. I recommend this place, you won't regret it!

Patricio was very friendly and welcoming. His place was homely and better than the photos show. It had everything you need, and the washing machine was great after spending some time hiking. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable, accessible, clean, comfortable

Great place - looks like brand-new building and was very comfortable. 20 min walk into town, which isn’t bad but a few min too far for us for early starts and long days. Ubers were cheap and easy to get though. Kitchen has what you need and the laundry was easy and convenient. The owner was nice enough to lend us an adapter when we forgot ours as well. A nice stay!

I stayed at Marisols place upon return from my trek. She was extremely responsive upon my arrival to let us in. Her home was pristine condition and had everything we needed. She was so kind and was extremely helpful. Would recommend her place 1000 times over.

Our stay at Carola's went very well. It was very easy to enter the apartment on its own. Plus, there was a place to leave the car. Carola is an amazing host, she shows great attention to the people who rent her apartment. The photos matched the apartment/house. The kitchen was new and it had everything to cook. The 2 bathrooms were clean and the apartment very well decorated. The bedrooms are big and comfortable. Carola was quick to respond to our questions and left us with information and recommendations for things to do in Puerto Natales. We highly recommend Carola's apartment for your stay in Puerto Natales.

What a wonderful host! Mauricio was helpful from the very start. The location is perfect and we were amazed by how big it is! The kitchen was fully stocked and that was very helpful for us. The upstairs fireplace was the real star of the show for us. We cozied up and watched movies for the holiday. I don’t have a single complaint and we’re very grateful for Mauricio and his welcoming presence.

Excellent location. Walking distance to the downtown and directly across from the Magellan Strait. A great place to make your home base for exploring the area. Beds were comfortable.

Jaime's apartment is nicer than the pictures. We had an inconvenience to confirm the reservation as we traveled from Argentina and could not communicate earlier due to our inconveniences, Jaime gave us a quick response and had everything ready and impeccable quickly. We were welcomed by their parents, they were more than friendly and both Jaime and they were attentive to our needs. The house is spacious, comfortable and complete, well located, a short distance from the mall and free area if you are by car, it also has space for its storage. We stayed for almost four days with the family of 4. Thank you Jaime and family! We will definitely be back.

Everything about this place was wonderful! Easy to check in, great communication from Contanza, a beautiful house and the most amazing views. We ate in every night to use the excellent kitchen and admire the fabulous view.

It was the last accommodation of our trip and it was very nice, easy access, wifi and board games that are very helpful, although it is a bit far from the most touristy area, by vehicle it is easy and quick to get around Punta Arenas. The beds and overall comfort of the accommodation were in very good condition. If I return to Pta. Arenas and the accommodation is still there, I would go back without thinking. Luis is very friendly and attentive to messages, and provides local information on what you can do too.

We could not have stayed at a nicer home in Puerto Natales. Felt right at home and relaxed from start to finish

Rosana and Sergio were very kind and cordial. Super warm. The place is beautiful, quiet, just as seen in the photos, you feel comfortable as if you were at home. We had a divine stay. Super complete and varied breakfast every day. Everything was excellent

Great spot, central & very secure! Would recommend for anyone staying in Puerto Natales

We were 2 couples comfortably accommodated in a butterfly-type apartment in a new condominium, everything was clean, safe in the surroundings, easy access to different places in the city by vehicle. The apartment doesn't have its own parking, but Rossana got us one in the same condominium. There was no TV, but we didn't need it.

Just as pictured. Definitely recommend staying here.
