We were lucky to find these owners and this place! Sandra and her husband are very helpful and friendly! the apartment is very clean and spacious, has everything you need for living! You can walk to the city center in 15-20 minutes. 10-15 minutes to the bus station. I recommend this place, you won't regret it!

Excelente estancia en el departamento de Patricio. Departamento nuevo, muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Zona muy tranquila y muy cerca del Mall y de la Zona Franca. Los anfitriones siempre muy atentos y dispuestos a resolver cualquier dificultad que se presente. Sin duda lo volveríamos a elegir cuando regresemos a Punta Arenas.

Great place - looks like brand-new building and was very comfortable. 20 min walk into town, which isn’t bad but a few min too far for us for early starts and long days. Ubers were cheap and easy to get though. Kitchen has what you need and the laundry was easy and convenient. The owner was nice enough to lend us an adapter when we forgot ours as well. A nice stay!

Lovely place with great swimming pool within walking distance to the city. Very responsive host helping with all questions.

I stayed at Marisols place upon return from my trek. She was extremely responsive upon my arrival to let us in. Her home was pristine condition and had everything we needed. She was so kind and was extremely helpful. Would recommend her place 1000 times over.

Notre séjour chez Carola s'est très bien déroulé. Il a été très facile d'entrer de façon autonome dans l'appartement. De plus, il y avait un endroit pour laisser la voiture. Carola est une hôte incroyable, elle fait preuve de très belles attentions envers les gens qui louent son appartement. Les photos correspondaient à l'appartement/maison. La cuisine était neuve et il y avait tout pour cuisiner. Les 2 salles de bain étaient propres et l'appartement très bien décoré. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables. Carola répondait rapidement à nos questions et nous a laissé des informations et recommandations pour des activités à faire à Puerto Natales. Nous recommandons vivement l'appartement de Carola pour votre séjour à Puerto Natales.

What a wonderful host! Mauricio was helpful from the very start. The location is perfect and we were amazed by how big it is! The kitchen was fully stocked and that was very helpful for us. The upstairs fireplace was the real star of the show for us. We cozied up and watched movies for the holiday. I don’t have a single complaint and we’re very grateful for Mauricio and his welcoming presence.

Excellent location. Walking distance to the downtown and directly across from the Magellan Strait. A great place to make your home base for exploring the area. Beds were comfortable.

El departamento de Jaime es más lindo que en las fotos. Tuvimos un inconveniente para confirmar la reserva ya que viajamos desde Argentina y no nos pudimos comunicar antes por inconvenientes nuestros, Jaime nos dió una respuesta rápida y tuvo todo listo e impecable rapidamente. Nos recibieron sus padres, fueron más que amables y tanto Jaime como ellos estuvieron atentos a nuestras necesidades. La casa es amplia, cómoda y completa, bien ubicada, a corta distancia del mall y zona franca si estás en auto, además tiene espacio para su guardado. Nos quedamos casi cuatro días en familia de 4. Gracias Jaime y familia! Sin dudas volveremos.

Everything about this place was wonderful! Easy to check in, great communication from Contanza, a beautiful house and the most amazing views. We ate in every night to use the excellent kitchen and admire the fabulous view.

Het is een fijn appartement. Pamela stond ons al op te wachten op de afgesproken tijd. Ze is een super fijne host. Heel attent en vriendelijk. We konden onze auto achter een gesloten hek parkeren. Alles was netjes en functioneerde goed. Het bed sliep goed. Ook was het super fijn om een wasmachine te hebben. Naar het centrum was het 2 kilometer lopen, prima te doen. Het is op de begane grond. Ik zou hier zeker weer verblijven als wij in Punta Arenas zijn.

Era el último alojamiento de nuestro viaje y fue muy agradable, fácil acceso, wifi y juegos de mesa que son de gran ayuda, si bien queda un poco alejado de la zona más turística, en vehículo es fácil y rápido moverse por Punta Arenas. Las camas y comodidad en general del alojamiento estaban en muy buen estado. Si en un futuro regreso a Pta. Arenas y sigue el alojamiento, volvería sin pensarlo. Luis es muy amable y atento a los mensajes, entrega datos locales de que se puede hacer también.

Rosana y Sergio fueron muy amables, cordiales. Súper cálidos. El lugar es hermoso, tranquilo, tal cual se ve en las fotos, te sentís cómodo como en casa. Pasamos una estadía divina. El desayuno super completo y variado cada día. Excelente todo

Todo estuvo perfecto, súper limpio, con todo lo necesario y la vista es espectacular. No está exactamente en el centro pero nosotros teníamos auto rentado y en 5 minutos estábamos en la plaza, restaurantes, etc. muy recomendable!

Éramos 2 matrimonios cómodamente alojados en un departamento tipo mariposa en un condominio nuevo, todo limpio, seguro en los alrededores, fácil acceso a distintos lugares de la ciudad en vehículo. El departamento no tiene estacionamiento propio pero Rossana nos consiguió uno en el mismo condominio. No había TV, pero no la necesitamos.

Natália foi excelente anfitriã, com orientações e dicas muito além da hospedagem. Apartamento novo. Tudo limpo e arrumado. O que ficou a desejar foi a conexão com a internet, mas a anfitriã já havia respondido em outro comentário que é uma questão local, apesar de que, quando estávamos em restaurantes ou outros locais, a velocidade de conexão era melhor. Apesar desse detalhe, recomendo o apartamento a toda comunidade Airbnb.
