It is a very cozy and well-equipped cabin, with heating, the bathroom is nice and the beds too. Isabel was very helpful in giving us information about the cabin and Puerto Natales.

Super good location, comfortable and at home, it has heating and everything you need to get through the cold, super recommended😊

Very cozy place to stay, on the other hand Paty was very kind to let us know it's not for check-in and we were able to store our luggage, we were doing the Torres base trail.

Beautiful cabin a few blocks from downtown, the place was beautiful and exactly matched the description and photos of the place. Viviana and Gabriel were excellent hosts, very attentive during the stay, they made us feel right at home. We hope to come back soon!!

Regina was promptly responsive to our questions in the chat. She provided local recommendations. When we arrived, she received us with a hug and big smile and gave us a mini tour of the place. She recommended local restaurants for us to try and have us directions on how to get to the main square. The place was within walking distance to everything in town but was quiet enough to disengage from activities and rest. It had heater and AC but we didn’t need to use it much as the place was warm and cozy even when the weather was cold outside. The kitchen was well equipped with everyone one will need to make decent meals. The bathroom was small but enough for personal use and there was always hot water available. The entrance had an electronic lock but there was the option for key as well. Check out was easy.

We had a lovely stay here for 3 nights. The apartment was super cozy, very clean, and had everything we needed. And Marta was a really great host, very responsive and so kind! The neighbourhood is quiet and has a nice vibe. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very nice small accommodation at the bottom of a garden. A lot of local explanations and information shared. A washing machine for laundry. If you stay there, eat at dondepollo's, right next door. Plain and good. We recommend.

A great apartment not too far from town (easily walkable). Nice quiet neighbourhood, would definitely recommend!
