Excellent place. Very cozy in winter and comfortable for 3 people. We work remotely and the WiFi worked perfectly the whole week we spent there. Gabriela is a lovely host and very caring. We recommend it!

Lorena's place is very central, there is a supermarket close by and the highstreet is on the next street up. Taxi's are always available just across the road and there are a few fast food restaurants and patisseries close by too. We have stayed with Lorena a few times now and always find her very helpful. Thanks Lorena we look forward to our next visit.

Incredibly clean and warm accommodation. Everything is clean and impeccable, close to the Hotel and Casino Dreams and within walking distance of Plaza de Armas. The view is beautiful and it had heating so we were never cold. We felt at home.

Everything was excellent during our two stays. The house is exactly as shown in the photos, clean, cozy and located in a quiet environment very close to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Punta Arenas. Fernanda was very friendly and always responded to our requests. We'll be back! As a suggestion, it would be useful to have a microwave :)

Good place, good location and spacious apartment. Maybe install a small electric stove for the single room, but otherwise everything is very comfortable.

Julie’s place is in a new building. Safe and quiet. The wifi connection is great and enough for remote work. There is a washing machine which is not listed in the description. All good, the tricky thing was to find teh apartment but the portier helped us (speaks inly Spanish).

Nice space, clean, comfortable and especially warm on more icy days. Convenience store nearby, mall search and cheap Uber. And super safe in general. Warm hosts, and they know the area to help in the sector visit!

Together with my family we had to travel urgently to Punta Arenas after the accident of a family member. They responded very quickly and were very diligent. Don Cesar was very attentive to me and my family, with a very willingness to help us and facilitate our stay, taking a lot of consideration with our situation and showing a lot of humanity. On the other hand, the house itself is very cozy. It was clean and well equipped. Everything was excellent the truth, we were very grateful. I definitely recommend booking with Viviana y Cesar.

The environment is wonderful, wild rabbits can be observed, it is very quiet, organized, clean, inside the condominium the staff is very friendly as well as the community. The apartment has a wonderful view at sunrise, I recommend one day at least in its instance to get up to appreciate it. The apartment is very comfortable, it has all the equipment to feel at home, especially if they go for excursions you can use the washing machine. The park is appreciated especially if you are traveling with a child@ like me. If you travel in a good climate you can move by walking to some nearby places such as a franca area, wetland, mall (where the super market is located, food patio among other shops). The main avenue has a whereabouts where locomotion of the area passes as micros with a tour. If you don't have a car like me using Uber to move you will facilitate your stay.

Excellent place to stay, it fulfills everything offered, everything is very comfortable.
