Seehafen II - Maisonettewohnung am Irrsee

Unser Haus liegt im Ortskern von Zell am Moos. 3 öffentliche Badeplätze sind zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Im Ort befinden sich Gasthäuser, Kaffeehaus sowie Buffets an den Badeplätzen. Weiters Bäckerei, Fleischhauerei, Trafik, Supermarkt, Arzt mit Apotheke, Zahnarzt, Friseur. Aktivitäten: Verschiedene beschilderte Radstrecken führen zu herrlichen Aussichtpunkten. Ebenso lädt unsere schöne Landschaft zum Walken und Wandern ein. Wir würden uns freuen Sie in unserem Haus begrüßen zu dürfen.

"Cottage IKA" in Mondsee

„Cottage IKA“ ist ein älteres, gemütliches Einfamilienhaus in Holzbauweise mit kleinem Garten und befindet sich in ruhiger grüner Lage. In nur 10 Gehminuten sind Sie im Zentrum der Marktgemeinde Mondsee und am See, sowie in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto in Salzburg. "Cottage IKA" is an older, cozy single-family timber house with a small garden and is located in a quiet, green area. Walking 10 minutes you are in the center of Mondsee and at the lake “Mondsee”, in 20 minutes by car in Salzburg.

Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

Modern 160 m² house with a residential unit on the 1st floor with a great view of the Alps, right on the outskirts of the top tourist destination Salzburg. The wonderful Salzburg lake area is approx. 20 minutes away. The world famous Salzkammergut is only 25 minutes away. The guests use the house completely alone. A large balcony invites you to enjoy the sunset. The garden invites you to play or relax and is protected from the eyes of the barn by a large hedge.

My apartment is near the lake mondsee, mountains, climbing, restaurants and food, culture, city of Salzburg. My accommodation is good for couples, lone adventurers, business travelers and families (with children) . The apartment has a total of 3 rooms for up to 4 people . Center of Mondsee is 10 minutes walk (1,5km) , the city of Salzburg 25 min. by car or 45 min. by bus line 140 Parking available.

Our apartment is located in the Schmittenstraße Zell am See. The house have multiple holiday apartments. This apartment is in the first floor. Here you have 2 bedrooms, each one for 2 persons. You also have a living room with dining area and a modern kitchen. The living room and also one bedroom have a balcony. In the basement there's a table tennis which is available and for shared use.

This cozy, fully equipped attic apartment is located in a quiet green area and is only a 10 to 15 minute walk from the lake and the historic town center. Shopping facilities are reachable within a 5-minute walk. Ideal for couples, small families, or groups of friends. The accommodation features a bedroom with a king-size double bed, a sofa bed, and two bunk beds in the living room.

Die Bushaltestelle Richtung Salzburg oder Bad Ischl ist in nur 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Von hier aus können Sie im ca Halb Stunden Takt alle Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Ausflugsziele antreten.
