1 bdrm unit has a full bed & a queen sofa bed. The bathroom has a hi rise toilet, shower/tub combo & washing machine/dryer combo. The kitchen has a stove/oven combo, toaster oven, microwave, keuring, dishwasher & refrigerator. Outside you can enjoy the pool, hot tub & grilling station or relax on the screened in porch overlooking the pond. Our clean cozy condo is 2 blocks (less than 5 min walk) from the ocean & is near grocery stores, restuarants, shopping & entertainment. Top floor, no elevator

Shopping….Five docks/spectacular sunsets. Must be 25 yrs old to rent. A two person maximum including adults, children, and infants. NO SMOKING in unit or outside, by HOA.

2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

Cherry Grove Beach is the absolute best area on the Grand Strand! Family friendly with lots of things do within walking distance. The building has free covered parking and 2 elevators. There is a full sized grocery store and several restaurants within walking distance. The unit is keyless entry for self check-in. Bath towels and linens are provided.

Come and enjoy our newly completely renovated 1Br condo unit! Located in between the Cherry Grove Beach and the Water Way. This is a great 4th floor unit and its just steps from the public beach. The beach is huge and it has plenty of room for our beach chairs and umbrellas! If the beach isn't for you enjoy sitting around the oversized pool. Perfect for couples or a small family!
