I really enjoyed my stay in this sweet chale. Perfectly located near the dunes and also to the broadway. Very peaceful atmosphere, I even did homeoffice here. Kaya and her husband were really friendly and helped me with few things. Definite recommend it!

The place was extremely clean and well organized, it is all very close to the chalet and people were very receptive. For this chalet, coming back will always be an option!

I loved the stay at the cottage, the ocean view is beautiful, everything was extremely clean, the cottage is very cozy, the kitchen is complete and we were well received by Mr. Paulo and his dog Suzy (a sweetheart). The surroundings of the cottage are filled with plants and flowers, all very beautiful.

We went to celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary and the house was exactly what we were looking for. We wanted peace and simplicity but with comfort and we found all this on the premises. Life is stunning and we just love everything.

Cada da Peroba is a unique charm! Very well thought out and organized and is well located, it's just down a trail to the beach, you can go to the market on foot and in a few minutes by car you arrive at any restaurant. In addition, there is nothing missing in the kitchen for those who want to make their own food, the bedding was impeccable and clean, the yard is simply perfect, we went with a dog and he was very relaxed and happy, besides the car is always in the shade. There are💚 no direct neighbors next door, only a church that on Sunday night when there is a service gets really loud in all the rooms of the house, but it's only an hour, otherwise the rest of the time it's just calm! 😌 Samantha is very attentive and flexible, we love it!!

Our stay was zero defects. The location is the same as the listing description and the photos. Everything was clean and organized, it has parking, it is well equipped, the beds are comfortable and the apartment is very ventilated. Ana is very helpful, polite and kind. The well-equipped kitchen has met all my needs, and the rooms are extremely comfortable, with beds and bedding of excellent quality. The bathroom was also spotless. The place is beautiful! The strong point is the paradisiacal view which brings mta peace and well-being! The house is well equipped and has everything you need for a stay of comfort. The place is perfect for those who want to rest in a practically desert place and with a breathtaking view! The weaknesses are q is not a good beach for bathing, there are many stones and access to it is not at all accessible, although deserted and paradisiacal! The double room shower did not come out hot water and the pool was dirty and with some leakage, as it greatly lowered the water level during our stay.

I have come several times to the house of Givana, and I always bring different people who are always positively surprised by the house. I found everything very neat and tidy, and a little more, because although the announcement shows that it does not provide sheets, the beds were neatly tidy and with clean sheets. The juan house is great! Equipada with the necessary for a quiet stay! Karize, the woman who is responsible for the house received us super well. The location is good, close to the beach, restaurants, etc. From to do everything on foot, although the car is also good to visit other nearby beaches.
