The stay was wonderful! The house offers ample space, with air-conditioned rooms and an excellent barbecue area, including a brewery and a swimming pool with whirlpool. Bed linen and towels were also available for all guests, as well as several portable kitchen appliances. The condominium has a very pleasant leisure area, accessible to guests, and is in the process of expansion, which results in few houses around, providing great privacy. In addition, the caretaker visits the property daily to tend the garden and collect the trash. The condominium's security performs daily rounds at alternating times, which brings a sense of tranquility. The water pressure and flow in the internal showers is extremely low, it needs improvement. A curious detail: The house is surrounded by nature and we had the constant presence of toads inside the toilets, so it is important to be careful when using the bathroom.

The house is very large, in the center of a very large plot, it surprised us. The pool is large and Thiago cleaned every day. We like it very much and recommend it.

I have come several times to the house of Givana, and I always bring different people who are always positively surprised by the house. I found everything very neat and tidy, and a little more, because although the announcement shows that it does not provide sheets, the beds were neatly tidy and with clean sheets. I'll come back other times.

The stay was wonderful, there is no defect. Perfect rooms, all the air perfectly freezing, the reception of the wonderful staff. We hired aparecida from the outside and highly recommend it. The house and stay was better than we thought. I highly recommend it.

Rosina's house is the most beautiful thing! Everything was impeccable and very clean. The view is the tranquility of the place enchants ! Single point would be access, important not to take too much stuff because it is in the middle of a cliff. Rosina is neg are very attentive , I look forward to returning!

Kristina's home experience was wonderful for several reasons: Location, the view is stupendous to that emerald green sea. The house, very cozy and original, a very affectionate mix of local objects with family objects. It serves a breakfast that leaves us longing, a watermelon/acerola juice and repairing cashew and one of the best breads I have ever eaten with the fibers of the cashew. And to finish off Kristina herself, an amazing woman with a beautiful story of life who moved to that paradise a long time ago and who "provided relevant services` the community"( the phrase in quotation marks is what the Icapuian Citizen's diploma hangs in front of the house).

Comfortable, well-structured home. Clean place and new furniture. Many functional appliances. Angelo and his wife welcomed us well. They showed very kindness. We were walking to the beach of Tibau, which is beautiful and clean. We'll definitely be back there

We were delighted with Icapuí. Rafael's beach house was a place of rest and communion for our family. Because it was "right on the sand," everyone had their freedom to do their own thing, whoever wanted to walk on the beach, walked, whoever wanted to take a bath in the sea, bathed, whoever preferred to stay in the pool, stayed, or slept, etc. The environments interact with each other. This was very good for us, as we were 8 adults. The beach is almost "private," you find very few people on it, only residents in the vicinity or guests of inns/Airbnb, there are no street vendors. The water is a good temperature, there are lots of shells. You can take a great walk. The house served us perfectly with its 4 bedrooms, 2 of which were suites, and a social bathroom (3 in total). Bed and bath linens were available, as well as pillows and games. The kitchen is equipped, has a microwave, sandwich maker, airfry, as well as plates, glasses, cutlery, pots and more. Rafael is very helpful and attentive, always keeping in touch.

The residence is according to advertisement, but at night the rooms are hot. The location is excellent, has nearby grocery stores and restaurants.

The house is in a great location. Easy access and allows you to reach other beaches in Icapuí. Quiet and great place for those with children. The sea is calm, even at high tide. Delicious pool and complete house.

We had a great stay. João was very helpful, responded promptly and gave us tips on everything, nearby markets, pharmacy, beverage stores…. The house is impeccable, the en-suites are super comfortable and cozy. Fans with great power. The pool is very nice, clean and with child protection. Huge leisure area, with barbecue and everything we needed. The employee Rafael, very attentive to us, helped us with everything we needed. The stay was sensational. We'll be back.

The house is all good, modern home, comfortable, with a clean nearby beach where the late afternoon in it is great where families gather to drink, listen to music and play with their children with a delicious sea bath. We will definitely come back!
