Our modern apartment is on the 2nd floor and can be reached via an external staircase (4 beds + 1 child). On 35m² with a high ceiling, electric blinds, free WiFi and a parking space in the underground car park. There is a spacious terrace and a modern bathroom with shower. There is a modern living-dining area with a great kitchen. Home office is of course possible. The proximity to Germany, Lake Constance and the mountains rounds off the stay in our apartment. We are Rosa and Dieter and rent a small, cozy cottage, 50m² with three separate rooms. The house was built in 1800 and is the older part of a semi-detached house. The rooms are comfortable 1.85 to 2.05 m high. The shower and toilet are 1.8 m², small! The kitchen has 4 hobs and an oven underneath. There are shops in Siegershausen and in Berg 2 -3 km away. Lake Constance and Konstanz can be reached in 10 -15 minutes, also by public transport.

After a short but somewhat steep walk to the bungalow, you can enjoy the view of the Alpstein with our local mountain, the Säntis, on a cozy terrace. There are many walking and hiking opportunities directly from the house. Please note: From the parking lot, you can walk relatively steeply up the hill to the beautifully located bungalow on the edge of the forest for about 100 m.
