Old building attic apartment by the lake

This cozy old building attic apartment is very charming with open roof beams and a fireplace. Very nice, open and bright with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with bathtub. Two sofa beds can accommodate up to 4 adults. A travel cot + high chair can also be rented on request. The apartment could hardly be more central: - Only 5 minutes from the train station - Directly on the Bodensee circular bike path - Directly at the lake park (barbecue area, boat rental, harbor, swimming area, beach bar, restaurants...)

Small but nice... Bright cozy rooms decorated with love. Private bathroom WC sep. Entrance with balcony. (Spring - Summer Autumn) Coffee maker and kettle in 2 rooms all incl. Close to THE border - on the 3rd floor with lift. My cereals include breakfast. Also ideal for business people - underground parking 10 euros per night. 3 bikes to rent 10.-- euro per day Children are welcome and pay 30 to 15 years Great for solo travelers. Double room as a single room plus 20 euros per night per room, I'm happy

Simple room with desk including Mobility pass

In der Wohnung wohnen wir mit unseren Mädels (2016 und 2019). Wer es gerne familiär hat ist bei uns genau richtig. Wir behandeln unsere Gäste wie Familienmitglieder lassen euch aber wenn ihr das bevorzugt auch gerne in Ruhe ;-) Es hat eine Schlafcouch ca 1,4x2 Meter. Familien mit Kindern herzlich wilkommen. Mit Kindern ist die Beschränkung nicht relevant so lange euch der Platz langt. Zudem steht ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl zur Verfügung. Bitte denk daran dass es sich um ein altes Haus handelt.

Das self-service Frühstück ist einfach (Kaffee, Tee, Saft, Toast, Käse, Joghurt, Cerealien, etc.). Es kann im unbeheizten Vorraum zubereitet und im Zimmer eingenommen werden. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, die Busstation ist 1 Km entfernt.

The bathroom is right across the guestroom and is for use exclusively by our guests. In the morning our guests will be treated with a delicious breakfest.
