The fully equipped kitchen, the separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and the cozy living-room/dining area as well as the comfy double bed are inviting you to fully relax and enjoy yourself. Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

A spicy mix of nostalgia & modern, an oasis of well-being whose ancient beams know how to tell you some stories. With modern chic kitchen, a dining table with fantastic lake view & hanging chair overlooking the old town.

The Mediterranean environment promises relaxation and recreation in a special place directly on the Untersee The spacious 2 1/2-room garden apartment (78 m²) can accommodate up to 4 people. A double bedroom and 2 single beds in the living room. Bicycles can be parked in a closed room. The in-house stand up paddle is available to be used. Spend cozy evenings right by the lake and forget the time Enjoy the versatile submarine region!

The cozy studio near the lake has a kitchen and shower/toilet. A sunny seating area is available. Sun-seekers can relax in the garden. The jump into the lake is possible in 5 minutes. The famous seaside resort and mini golf can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes. Shopping is just around the corner. The bus to the train station and harbor is only 3 minutes away. Excursions by train/boat and the rental of bicycles are possible there. 1 parking space is available.

The apartment is bright and comfortably furnished with a modern shower and kitchen so that nothing stands in the way of your relaxation. Willkommen im kleinen, feinen Studio mit Blick auf den See und in den wildromantischen Garten, wenige Schritte vom Bodenseeufer mit seinen einladenden Badeplätzen liegend. Im gleichen Haus befindet sich ein Blumenladen mit Café, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strandbad, Bahnhof und Hafen sind in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen und der Seeradweg führt am Haus vorbei. Um die traumhafte Gegend zu erkunden stehen zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung.

The lake is in the immediate vicinity, its natural shore is a 2-minute walk away and invites you to swim. The romantic medieval town of Stein am Rhein can be reached on foot via an idyllic path along the lake. During the winter months, underfloor heating provides cozy warmth and atmosphere.

We have lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the top under the roof is the studio, with stunning views. The garden with fireplace can also be used. Sports equipment such as SUP is also included. A motorboat and our private sauna can be used for a fee.
