In the foothills of the Ore Mountains, not far from Karlovy Vary and Klínovec, we have transformed a historic barn into a unique space for shared moments, tranquility, and relaxation. The location is great for trips to the mountains (Jáchymov, Boží Dar or Oberwiesenthal) as well as for exploring the surrounding area. A generous common area awaits you with views of the countryside, a fireplace, a long table for shared breakfasts and dinners, a sauna (from 09/2026), and two separate bedrooms. We have a hot tub available on the terrace (use for an extra fee).

The completely renovated apartment is located on the first floor and has a bedroom with 2 beds, a living room with a sofa, a kitchen and a bathroom. We have integrated durable old furniture in the sleeping and living area to create a cozy atmosphere without sacrificing well-kept, modern comfort in the kitchen and bathroom. Our apartment "Silencio" is located in the municipality of Amtsberg, on the northern edge of the Erzgebirge. The modern furnishings and unique location, surrounded by nature, invite you to relax. The apartment is located on a large property. Our home offers the ideal starting point for a variety of activities, such as hiking, cycling, city trips, swimming and skiing. In addition to Chemnitz, the two largest cities in Saxony, Leipzig and Dresden, are easily accessible.

Nostalgic cottage right on the Zschopau

We'd like to introduce you to Ortrud. This older lady was built in 1820. It is named after its previous owner, the village school teacher, who spent her life in this "Haisel." Since July 2021, we have been building and renovating our cottage. We have tried to preserve the nostalgic charm and combine it with modern details. If you feel comfortable in such an atmosphere, you are in good hands and very welcome in our Ortrud.
