Located next to Camp Hyatt’s rock-climbing gym, a pool, a bar and a kids’ activity centre. Because it's managed by Hyatt, quality of service is always on top. You can use all facilities, changing towels and drinking water everyday. Breakfast also can book with Hyatt : 25$/ per person, kid is half price. Do not be afraid of it, so that you will be served 5 star.

Vincent and Sami offer the great host. Vincent is really responsive and try to accommodate the guest at his best. My flight to Da Nang was delayed and he stayed late to greet me at the door with clear and mindful instructions to the room. The room itself is clean, nicely decorated and has all you need to feel being like home.

I loveeee this place. It is small but has anything a person would need. I especially like the clear instruction for each light switch. I did not have to guess which light I turned on 😂. The bath room surprisingly has more amenities than I expected with the limited space. Sami arrange everything so neatly and nicely. I live how she uses the wooden frame to cover the light switches and use pot plants to decorate every shelf in sight. The place is filled with her thoughtful act. I understand why Sami is the best and recomended host.

Hotel tres accueillant et chaleureux. Chambre au style asiatique authentique, propre, spacieuse même si un peu vieillissant mais cela fait partie du charme recherché. Vue directe sur la plage. Salle de bains immense avec un bain à remous. Superbes piscines intérieure et extérieure avec un petit bassin pour les enfants au restaurant. Personnel qui prend soin des clients et très réactif, nettement Sang à la réception et Nhung avec sa collègue pour la partie restauration et bar. Les petits déjeuners sont très copieux, et la nourriture proposée et très bonne. Ils parlent tous l'anglais ce qui facilite beaucoup les choses. Nous avons passé un bon moment là-bas et recommande la Villa Louise pour un moment de détente lors de votre séjour si vous visitez HUE.
