Fully renovated accommodation composed of a bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190 cm equipped with new bedding, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, a kitchen equipped with an oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a Senseo coffee machine, and a sitting area with the possibility of adding a mattress for additional people (extra charge on request). Outside you will find a garden area. On-site parking at the foot of the accommodation.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.
