For a time of simple happiness!

This accommodation, located at the owner's home, but nevertheless independent of the main house, offers a peaceful and relaxing stay for the whole family. On the banks of the Loir, close to La Flèche Zoo (2.9 km) but also 10 minutes from the city center of La Flèche, the accommodation is ideally located for a pleasant stay, without necessarily needing to use the car. However, it is not very suitable for cooking because there is no sink, but nevertheless offers the possibility of reheating dishes.

The "La Terrasse du Loir" Gîte is private (opened in 2021), you will be alone in the entire gîte. The pool and telescopic enclosure were installed in 2022. It is heated to 29°. For 2025: Heated pool from March 28 to November 2 inclusive. For 2026: Heated pool from March 27 to November 1 inclusive. 115 m2 cottage + large 24 m² terrace overlooking Le Loir located 2.5 km from the Zoo. Accommodation capacity 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room (10 people with the 4 bedrooms).

A break in Luché-Pringé in this accommodation for 6 people, equipped with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two toilets, a terrace not overlooked, a large garage equipped with an electric charging station (3.7 kW). All the comforts for a stay in our small city of character, close to the La Flèche Zoo and the Prytanée, the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, the Château du Lude, the Châteaux de la Loire, Terrabotanica, not to mention our shops, our municipal swimming pool and our bike paths.

We spent 3 days in this house which is ideal for gathering and hosting. A nice cozy house, where 4 cars can easily park. A large and beautiful garden, ideal for children. the asset of this house is undoubtedly the veranda with its pool table :) The added bonus is the independent check-in and checkout and Fabrice's great responsiveness when needed. No need to plan for sheets or towels, everything is planned. We had a lovely weekend.
