The home was beautiful and clean. It was a short drive to town for supplies and to the lake for some fresh air. Our family loved the space to spread out for sleeping. Beds and bedding were so comfortable and the wooded setting was dark and peaceful, all of which made for restful sleep. The kids loved the game space in the basement- playing ping pong, air hockey, and on the PSII. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped for making family meals and the large dining table allowed for the 10 of us to eat together. All of this, plus we were able to enjoy all of this with our 2 dogs. Ellen was responsive to a couple of questions and needs, as well as understanding when an item was accidentally broken. The only concern was some additional rules that were not on the original listing, but were messaged a few weeks before our reservation.

my girls and i came here for a small bachelorette [4 of us] and i shared a room w the other MOH, the bride got the master room and the other bridesmaid got the other guest room. the whole layout of the place lets in so much natural light!! I'm happy i didn't pack my makeup mirror Cathy also left us complimentary protein bars which was very kind and the girls loved that gesture. the house just made sense- better yet, the cafe that's literally walking distance from the house [down the st] is so cute. Cathy was always rapidly responsive, kind, and hospitable. she provided us with nearby places to have food and drinks which helped a bunch given we're not from York. my favorite part was discovering the thread of food places down the street; there's a TACO BELL. for my first time booking through airbnb, this was a great experience I'm thankful to have. OH and the furniture is SO COMFY, the island in the kitchen is so large and perfect.

Susan’s place was absolutely wonderful. I’ve always dreamed of staying somewhere peaceful and secluded—and this cabin delivered exactly that. The view was spectacular, and even though the weather wasn’t fully on our side (a mix of rain and strong winds during our two-day stay), the beauty and serenity of the place still made it a memorable trip for my daughter and me. What truly stood out was how accurate the listing was—what you see is exactly what you get. As someone who’s stayed in several Airbnbs, I really appreciated that there were no surprises. The home was just as described, and Susan was incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful space with us! We left feeling refreshed and grateful 🙏🙂

The house was huge. Beautifull and well stocked kitchen. Outdoor was peaceful and enormous yard where we could run and play. My whole family can't wait to go back.

What an amazing stay! Karen took care of us so well ahead of time that our stay was flawless! Easy check-in, beautiful home, LOTS to do without even leaving the building, and something for everyone! Very spacious and clean, and no doubt we’ll be back! I highly recommend this place if ever you visit Hershey or the Hummelstown area! Can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was! This is a very beautiful home with very peaceful surroundings. I had work nearby and brought the family for a couple days getaway. Mark and his sister were very responsive, respectful and accommodating. Would definitely return.

This place fit perfectly for us over a busy weekend attending the PIAA Championship. Great kitchen, great bedrooms, useful utilities and modern amenities. The hosts were proactive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Really liked the place. The upstairs bedroom is a bit of a challenge to not hit your head however. All was good. I may have lost some ear buds there.

Our stay at Cozy Pine Cottage was peaceful, quiet, and the birds would chirp and sing a bit every now and then. Which was very nice. The neighbor nearby did start up the chain saw Saturday morning but, not till after 8 am. The cabin was very comfortable, and nice touches by Sarah with pretty throw blankets, chocolate left for us, and info about local things to see and do. I would recommend this cottage to any couple wanting to get away together for some much needed quality time together. The hot tub was wonderful for in the evening under the stars.
