Excellent host, very gracious and respectful, the environment is conducive to rest to refocus for a few days. The accommodation is very well located 6 minutes from transport so easily accessible. I highly recommend this little cocoon if you are staying in the Paris area.

Christian is a lovely person, welcoming, helpful, nice, precise. He made us feel really comfortable and gave us commendable time and availability. His house is comfortable, adequately equipped, tidy, clean and as in the photos and very comfortable even for a family of 5 like us. In addition, Christian pampered us by welcoming us with an excellent bottle of wine and more and since it was Christmas time he also made us find a beautiful Christmas tree, it was really very nice. We had a really good time at his house and with him. When we needed him, he was immediately responsive through messages. The area where the house is located is very quiet and the train station is not far away. Convenient for reaching Paris in a short time. So if we come back to the area, we'll definitely come back to Christian's. Thank you so much for everything.

Jean Paul's apartment was a great find! It was very easy to find, park the car, and get inside. Jean Paul came to greet us shortly after we arrived, and he was very helpful! The apartment is spotlessly clean and had plenty of space for the whole family. We wish we'd had a longer stay here. We will visit again next time we're in the Paris area!

A well-located, welcoming home with nearby parking options. Close to the forest and a 10-minute walk to the market and castle. Nothing was missing and our family, despite very rainy weather, had a lovely weekend.

Absolutely loved staying here for our trip bouldering in the forest. Julien was really responsive and helpful and the house was exactly as described and what we needed. Perfect.

Ideally located to discover Fontainebleau, its castle, its city, the forest and the region (train station nearby), very well-equipped, quiet. Guaranteed parking space. Responsive host, welcoming with good tips for a successful stay. Recommended.

We found Christine et Gildas very hospitable. The hosts were very accomodating when we changed our arrival plans to earlier. Gildas came to meet us and hand us the keys and gave us some helpful suggestions. The place itself is very beautiful and private and secure. We had parking for our largish van all within a secured remote gate. The garden is secluded and has a BBQ and outdoor furniture to suit. It is rustic but had all the modern comforts we would need. Our children were very happy with their sleeping arrangements and enjoyed the privacy and security the place provided. Everything was comfortable and the process of checking in and checking out was very smooth. 5 Stars.

Great house within walking distance to several of the ripples in Trois Pignons. easy to find and the host followed us up in a very good way. We would love to come back.

We spent 2 nights in this very nice and very well located little accommodation for visiting Fontainebleau, Barbizon, Moret-sur-Loing... The exchanges with Samantha were via messages and went very well. We were self-sufficient in our arrival and departure, which suited us perfectly. We recommend this property.

Accommodation located 10 minutes from the "Le Petit Bois" bouldering area => great for climbers. well-appointed and equipped, clean and nestled in the heart of the forest. Nice welcome from Nathalie, ready to go back next year.

We were in Sandy's apartment for an extended weekend to boulder. The apartment is perfectly located for it and really very cozy. You have everything you could need and the communication with Sandy was very pleasant!

Lovely fully outfitted one bedroom with patio just a short walk from the centre of town. Very private and quiet setting. Well equipped apartment and Tristan was very helpful and responsive to our questions. I would recommend this apartment.
