Large wooded garden of 900 m2 on the shore, private pontoon, swimming, fishing, walking (waterfront secured by a barrier). charcoal barbecue (charcoal not included), garden furniture. The house consists of a veranda dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (gas, oven, washing machine...), a bathroom, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a living room with fireplace and 2 sofa beds, and a travel cot. Great for a chic, relaxing, calm and zen country stay!

Ideally located between Fontainebleau and Moret, within walking distance of Champagne train station (direct trains, 3 in the morning and 3 in the evening, omnibus during the day from Paris) and the city center, this maisonette is completely independent in a garden enclosed by walls. Very comfortable for 2 people, but there is the possibility to accommodate 4 people thanks to the new BZ sofa in the living room. Bikers will be able to park their motorcycle safely under a high wind shelter

In the pretty village of Thomery, between the Fontainebleau forest and the banks of the Seine, come and relax in our real 15 m2 tiny house with 30 m2 terrace in its quiet and green environment. On the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen and living/dining area where you can eat and relax, bathroom + toilet. On the mezzanine, 2 double beds separated by a walkway, ceiling height 1.10 m, not suitable for young children and people with reduced mobility. Bikes available

The train station with direct trains to Paris Gare de Lyon every hour is a 10 min. walk away. 2.50€ a ride. Free parking at station. 55 min. train ride to the heart of Paris.
