We had a wonderful time in this fantastic chalet in the mountains! The location is really unique – immersed in nature, absolutely quiet and idyllic. Just the right place to unwind, enjoy the fresh mountain air and simply relax. The chalet itself even exceeded our expectations. It was exactly as described in the advertisement and shown in the photos – if not even more beautiful. Everything was very clean, modernly furnished and in excellent condition. We would especially like to highlight the warm and helpful nature of the hosts. Even at check-in, we were received very kindly, everything was explained to us in peace, and even during the stay, they were always available for questions without being intrusive. We didn't miss anything at all – from the amenities to the atmosphere, everything was perfect. We felt at home from the first moment.

We were there for skiing (Katschberg, Speiereck, Fanningberg). The daily journey is a little longer than, for example, Maria Pfarr, but this is compensated, among other things, by the "private house." We enjoyed heating the tiled stove in the living room in the evening and lying around on the couch. The three bedrooms (upper floor) are great, the mattresses perfect. We didn't actually use the kitchen/dining room. We had dinner at three local restaurants (Jagawirt, Stiegenwirt, Guniwirt including mineral museum/sale). Here, too, we were very well served. Only the bathroom (upper floor) is outdated. Another toilet room is available. We met Petra and her mother, as well as the dog "Lucky" - all of them lovable. The four of us agreed, a pleasant stay with Petra and her neighborhood.

We were warmly welcomed by Grete and spent a few wonderfully relaxing days in the cottage. The quiet location and the pool with great views are a dream. There are many opportunities for beautiful hikes. The adjacent restaurant is good, but also the kitchen in the accommodation is very well equipped, so we could also cook well ourselves. We felt very comfortable!

The beautiful house is centrally located in the village of Mauterndorf. The various ski resorts are easy to reach by car. The house is spacious and neatly tidy. The large sliding door allows for plenty of light. The bedrooms are spacious with TV and plenty of closet space. Mattresses are firm and the pillows soft. Hostess Nina is very friendly and helpful, she responds quickly to messages or questions. The house is well insulated in terms of noise and temperature. Parking directly in front of the door on your own property. Highly recommended!

We had an unforgettable stay at Hallstatt Lakeview House! The views were absolutely stunning — truly some of the best in the area. The home was clean, cozy, and perfectly located. Our hosts were incredibly attentive and helpful, providing detailed instructions that made finding the house easy. We’re so grateful for the opportunity to stay here and would absolutely return. Highly recommended!

The accommodation is really fantastically beautiful, especially the view of the mountains and forests was simply magical through the huge window front in the living area. The bathroom cabins integrated in the rooms were also super practical for eight people, so that everyone had their own shower, sink and toilet. Also, that dogs are allowed, made us very happy – so we could take our four-legged friend with us without any problems. Beautiful hikes in nature start directly from the front door, so you hardly need the car except for shopping. And if the weather doesn't cooperate, you can simply stay indoors: the cozy atmosphere, the sauna, and the hot tub (without bubbles) ensure perfect relaxation after a long day outside. Overall a completely successful stay – we would come back any time!

We have been there for the 2nd time and will definitely be back. Great house. We were there with our kids. Each bedroom has en-suite bathrooms . The kitchen is well equipped and everything is spotless. Perfect place for a relaxing break.

Absolute recommendation! The area of Maria's place is like paradise. The view, the tranquility, simply fabulous. The place is really nice and there was nothing we missed. Maria's hospitality is particularly noteworthy. She made us feel at home. At any time, she gave personal tips on hikes and local events. One could list much more here, but unfortunately the characters are not enough. The fresh hay milk and eggs directly from their own cow and chickens were also special. It was really wonderful! Thank you! ☺️

I have spent the last three months in this apartment and can only report positive things. The apartment is excellently equipped and offers everything you need to feel good. I was particularly impressed by the great view and the excellent location. The landlords are also extremely friendly, accommodating and available at all times, which made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, I felt completely comfortable here and I didn't miss anything. That's why I can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience. Thank you for this great place to stay!

The place was above expectations. Very easy to find location, host friendly and always approachable. Whenever we had a question, unknown, Mr. Hubert came to meet. We were greeted by a friendly lady who showed us the house. The host also gave us the option to use the garage. We felt very comfortable, like at home. For every recommendation.

Had a wonderful stay in the apartment. Spacious bedrooms and kitchen and balconies are wonderful in terms of sun location. Within walking distance of the lake and quiet location. No further criticisms.

We stayed as a stopover for one night. The apartment is beautifully furnished and very clean. The layout of the rooms is also very nice. The location of the apartment invites you to take long walks or hikes. Unfortunately, we didn't have time for that in one night. The apartment is highly recommended for a few days off from everyday life

Cozy place in beautiful atmosphere.

The apartment was very nice, well furnished and very clean. In particular, we enjoyed the view from the balcony with west side. The hostess was very friendly and always easily available. We had a great time and can fully recommend the apartment.

The apartment is very large and in an incredibly beautiful location. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils you could need. You can go hiking in the area, Saskia and Arturs know each other well and have lots of helpful tips for things to do. The two were totally friendly and helped us a lot. The apartment is highly recommended!

We travel in this area every year and were now a guest at Franz's for the second time. For nature lovers seeking tranquility, the area is an absolute dream. During our stay, we explored the Wilden Berg in Mautern, visited the Schaibelsee in Hohentauern, hiked to the Schwarzbeeralm and swam through the beautiful swimming lake in the village. There's something for everyone! Franz is a wonderful host and the apartment was again super clean and really has everything you need.

The apartment is very nice and you feel right at home; the kitchen is super equipped, as well as the grill is great. The only negative point is the lack of curtains in the bedroom - it is very bright very early! For a relaxing holiday, I highly recommend the apartment!

Great place and amazing view of the Austrian mountains.

We stayed at Natasja's place from 12/22/2024 to 1/2/2025. Everything was super clean, beautifully decorated and had a great location. Natasja herself was super friendly and helpful with questions, etc. All in all, a perfect place to stay that I would always choose again! Nothing was missing from the accommodation. Everything was thought of here.

Great place, central location. Super equipped for kids. The sofas are not really comfortable for sleeping for more than 2 nights. Therefore, the accommodation is perfect for 2 people.

We enjoyed staying with Nina very much. The apartment is very spacious, modern and extremely clean. We particularly liked the great amenities in the kitchen. The apartment is perfect for a large family or group of friends. The connection to the ski bus was ideal. I'm sure we'll be back!
