We are less than a kilometer from the Bercé equestrian center, renowned for these CCEs, and 30 minutes from the European Yvre-Épée Horse Center. MKF is less than 3 km away to participate in scheduled retreats and internships. Also ideal for business trips, we are 15 minutes from the Ecommoy and Parigné-l'Évêque interchanges.

Au dessus de la salle de bain, vous trouverez une petite chambre mansardée accessible uniquement par une large échelle, qui n'est donc pas adaptée aux personnes à mobilité réduite. De nombreuses activités sont accessibles aux alentours de la maison ; voie verte à 100m, balades, visites culturelles, activités nautiques/équestres, shopping, etc. A 40 km de Tours et du Mans..

Accommodation adjoining that of the owner, 400 m from one of the most beautiful oak forests in Europe. Family house restored with healthy materials (earth, lime, local wood, hemp, terracotta tiles...) On the ground floor, a 26 m2 living room equipped with a full kitchen and a wood stove, sofa bed for 2 extra beds and bathroom with large walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
