Places to stay in Thira

Stayed for 6 nights at the start of the ‘season’. Villa was lovely, quiet and clean. Hot tub was delightful. It is remotely heated and after ensuring what times we’d require the tub for it was arranged / facilitated by the host. I think hiring a car is a must if you plan to visit the island sights. Everything is only a short drive away. There is an environment tax (9€ in our case) which is paid in cash to the maid, we learned of this on checkout but were fortunate enough to have some cash euros to hand. Overall it was a very relaxing holiday with fab restaurants and views. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay at Christos and Antouella’s place in Naoussa. Super close (5 minute walk) to the Naoussa main town and just a very cozy studio apartment. The place was clean and all we needed for the trip. Christos was also super helpful with securing us a rental car that we picked up as soon at the Paros airport as soon as we arrived. He also sent us a comprehensive list of local recommendations that gave us some of the best experiences on the island. 10/10 would come back and stay here again if we were to ever come back to Paros.

This place ir really great. We were 9 adults from 16 to 76 years old and all loved the place. Everyone had a good bed, the 2 toilets were enough and the outside area was great. From the house you walk 5-10 minutes to one of the island’s best beaches and also have 2 good restaurants 10 minute walk away. The communication was always smooth and proactive.

If you are going to Paros staying here is a must! You simply cannot get a better location or host. Jason was proactive in sending us information and when he was out of town upon check in he went the extra mile and his mom Zena met us at the taxi stand to walk us to the studio. Also, Jason gave fantastic recommendations on beaches, places to eat, night life, etc. We had our best meal in Greece thanks to his recommendations! The studio itself was adorable, clean, and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. If Jason's place is availabe for the dates of your trip don't hesitate, book it before someone else does!

we enjoyed the serenity, the peacefulness, the incredible sunset and its changing colors everyday. Michèle and Vitsentzos are absolutely amazing hosts, carrying, responsive and helpful when needed. We arrived at 4 am with the boat, and Vitsentzos was super nice to pick us up and Michèle was waiting for us at home, it felt immediately like a family. We also enjoyed very much the daily walk from the house to the port through an ancient path of the river filled with flowers and animals. Without a doubt, we highly recommend this place full of wonders and surprises.

Villa was amzing! I think it is best place to stay in Santorini. Not too crowded as Fira,but everything close by, restaurants,markets. Views from rooftop as it shows in photos. Even hard to explain in words,it was so beautiful. We can see sunrise on one side,sunsets on another side. We loved pool on rooftop as well. Also must to mention, Villa's host was best I ever met in more than 10 years on Airbnb. He helped us to to see,feel Santorini and Greece history in general. And we are truly thankfull,Mario!

Beautiful bungalow unit only a couple of minutes away from a sandy beach with crystal clear waters. Maria‘s mother and a friend, who lives close by, were very helpful. We were traveling late september, so only one beach restaurant was open. Important to know, that you need to have a car, since the closest supermarket was a 30 minute drive away, in the Chora. Beautiful, peaceful and safe location and the unit itself was very private and nice.
