Elia Mini Suite is a new built property located very close to the famous black beach of Perissa.There are two lovaly mini suites ( A & B), semi detached, the one next to the other.The mini suite offers a double bed with an ensuite bathroom with a shower, decorated in minimal moderm style.There is a small kitchenette which can serve for cooking fast food.The property offers an Internet flat screen, freeWIFI and an A/C.The oudoor area offers a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture and umbrella.

Each villa offers a loft-style bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area, and a Cycladic bathroom. Each villa comes with private plunge pool, ideal for unwinding while enjoying the landscape. While located very close to Oia’s center, they provide a peaceful retreat. Please note that we have two identical suites, and allocation is made randomly by our system at the time of booking.

Our renovated traditional cave house located just a few meters from the sea, offers you a stunning view of the caldera, the volcano and the island of Thirasia. Our villa is more than suitable for couples, families and pets. Your stay here will travel you back in time given that the villa along with the other few houses of the small settlement by the sea is not accessible by car. You can access our villa from Oia either on foot via the large staircase (280) or by boat from Ammoudi port.
