New traditional village house

We had a lovely stay, the house is fantastic lots of space very clean and modern. Lovely private garden with good views across the fields. We stayed whilst racing at Cadwell park for the weekend, the location was ideal only 10mins from the track with a really easy drive with no traffic. There was space on the drive to park the trailer in front of the garage, with the tow vehicle parked next to it there was still space for another 2 cars. We just wish we had more time at the house, and time to explore the area. Many thank Nathan

Monument House Horncastle

I stayed here with my elderly parents and two young kids and we absolutely loved it! It has 2 bathrooms, a walled private garden and is very modern. It is the perfect location for a short stroll to the park, shops and supermarket. The house is very tastefully decorated throughout, it was immaculate on arrival and all the amenities we could possibly need were there. This made it so easy to feel comfortable and settled immediately. We enjoyed going to the local beaches, villages and attractions. It was a good central location for us. On arrival, I received a call from niche serviced apartments checking in to see we’d managed to get settled in ok. The front door lock was stiff on arrival which I’d been warned about however the following day it was changed by the owner when we mentioned we were struggling to use it; I was very impressed by the prompt and practical response! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Martyn’s home to our friends and family :)

Abi and Alex where and are amazing hosts had a wonderful time my husband and I and a few of our friends to celebrate my birthday. Both houses are well built and have all you need all the amenities are there. Would highly recommend and will definitely be booking again soon.

Really enjoyed staying here. Lovely position. Great to see the horses, but also good for plane spotting. Bedroom this time of year was very light in the morning as there were no curtains, just blinds, but we didn't let this disturb our enjoyment of our stay. Be aware that the bed might be too short for anyone over 6 foot. However it was very comfortable for us. We certainly return again in the future as we really enjoyed the hospitality.
