Very nice accommodation, it is very well equipped and well arranged. It is close to the center of Besse, there is no need to take the car. However, it is on the second floor.

Plus a wonderful stay at Jerome's place. Upon my arrival, he allowed me to leave my suitcase and so I was able to have lunch in peace and enjoy the city until check-in time. Customer service is a 10, Jerome was attentive and surprisingly quickly resolved the problem I had during my stay. He is very friendly, very polite and an excellent professional! Very clean, very comfortable and very well-equipped accommodation, well heated. As described. The value for money is very good. The flexibility of check-in and check-out times is very much appreciated. The children greatly appreciated the presence of toys and board games. This two-story home is good for a family but is not too suitable for an elderly person as both stairs are steep. In summary, we felt "at home." I recommend it!

Very spacious accommodation (especially the large dorm room) and well equipped, clear guidelines and self check-in: perfect for our use and value for money. (We were just sleeping there and eating breakfast)

We had a great time with well-decorated and welcoming accommodation, good location, close to the center without being disturbed by the noise, peaceful neighborhood. You can leave your car without any problems to discover the center of Vichy on foot!
