Vacation rentals with an accessible height bed in Thiérache

I cannot recommend more highly! This Airbnb was the perfect home base for living out my Paris dreams. My cousin and I stayed here for a girls’ trip and loved the peaceful, residential vibe of the 13th arrondissement—quiet yet well-connected via Metro Line 6. The gated courtyard felt private and secure, and we were welcomed by a lively farmers market just outside our door, filled with delicious Middle Eastern food, fresh produce, and local charm. A buzzing boulangerie was 50 steps away, and a petite supermarché just down the street stocked our cozy kitchen for nights in with White Lotus. The apartment was the perfect size for two, with beautiful natural light that made getting ready each day a joy. Our host, Evan, was fantastic—attentive, communicative, and full of great tips. We loved wandering the neighborhood to see the amazing street art and ended most evenings with delicious meals nearby. Highlights included Chez Nathalie and Fabbreza—don’t miss the best affogato I’ve ever had.

We are just coming back from a great stay at Dan and Léa's apartment. Very proactive and communicative hosts! The place was clean, great location (a short walk to several metro stations, close to many bakeries and a minute to a grocery store). The apartment was big enough for our group of 7 (4 adults and 3 children ) and the price paid was reasonable for Paris! It was decorated with taste. Fans of the bathrooms were defective but the hosts are already aware and assured us that everything would be fixed shortly. We will be back! Thank you so much both of you!

We had a family trip with our adult children. We felt very comfortable the apartment has a nice bay window with a view of the sea, everything was very clean and well equipped. We would come back back.

It's very good that the apartment is on the ground floor. In an inner courtyard of a complex, where there was no noise at night. The apartment is large and comfortable. Well-equipped. I would book it again. Julien answered all my questions.

This was a fantastic place to stay for a business trip. Super easy to walk to the convention pavilions, metro stations, and neighboring hotels where others were staying. I cannot say enough good things about how responsive and helpful the host was. We questioned if a street level apartment would be noisy or feel unsafe, but the street was so quiet, the apartment felt sound proof, and the commuters were all locals. Having a street level apartment was SO nice given that we were traveling with a lot of bulky heavy equipment that would have been difficult to get up stairs or in elevators. Plenty of places to eat within one or two blocks in every direction, and local businesses if you need a grocery or laundromat.

A beautiful house designed to make the garden part of it, even in bad weather. A central location in relation to things to do in the area. We had a great time, very quiet although surrounded by neighbors and enjoyed the spaces despite the number 7 adults, 2 babies and 2 dogs! A big thank you to Jacques for this discovery of the North.

We had a very nice time. It took some getting used to orienting in the house because it has a special layout. Two living spaces above each other. And lots of stairs. Bedrooms in the basement and on the very highest floor. Big pluses the homely atmosphere, the location at the Leopoldpark, a very complete "kitchen equipment" and smooth communication with the host. In short: positive!

The house was decorated for Christmas and looked amazing. The refrigerator was stocked with some water and sodas and the hosts gave us a bottle of wine upon arrival. The beds were very firm as is typical in Europe. The pellet stove was easy to use and was very cozy. Our arrival could not have been easier given the dedicated parking spot right at the front door. We had a wonderful visit.

We stayed for one night. I like the place and also the location in general. Everything was squeaky clean (and we did hoover and clean kitchen and living room before leaving and brought out trash from all waste-paper baskets as required). It is spacey and well lit, two storeys (with sleeping quarters upstairs). High ceilings and a huge fireplace are a plus. There are only three minor quirks: The place is right opposite to a train station. In the morning, from 5am trains hollered several times before passing. You don't need an alarm clock, given you want to be awake at 5am. The other thing is a 70€ cleaning fee regardless of the duration of the stay and the number of people. We were only two persons, staying only one night (and quite cleanly, leaving everything as nice as we found it). We would have loved to use the furnace, but this is restricted to Henk's burning material and we got no answer on pour request to buy some from him. Colette’s place was in an excellent location, and the apartment very cozy and clean. Colette herself was very communicative and it was wonderful to stay in her apartment, that is lived… and tasteful.

Impeccable and clean accommodation. The owners are very accessible, we had a bit of trouble finding the accommodation and the owner directly answered the phone and provided us with the instructions. The views are incredible and location too. check-in and check-out is self-contained, which is a plus in our opinion. thank you!
