Paul's place

This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is not my original studio/loft of earlier times!! Key words: Calm, sunny, modern!!

Balmoral - Appartement avec vue et grande terrasse

Appartement dans une villa de caractère située dans le quartier de Balmoral au dessus de la ville de Spa (3 km). L'appartement est situé au niveau du jardin et comprend une cuisine équipée avec un coin repas, une chambre avec un lit double d’1m80, une salle de bain avec douche et un WC indépendant. Il dispose d'une entrée individuelle et d'une vaste terrasse dont deux parties abritées pouvant être chauffées. Il donne sur un grand jardin accessible et jouit d'une vue magnifique sur la vallée.

Il y en a pour tous les goûts : promenades pédestres, extratrail, activités familiales, visites culturelles, restos gourmands...

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

Amoureux de Tilff et de sa région, nous avons souhaité protéger le patrimoine régional en vous proposant de découvrir «L’Écluse Simon », un lieu unique construit par l’Architecte Georges Hobé et dont nous sommes tombés amoureux. Si l’Ecluse Simon a été entièrement rénovée afin d’offrir tout le confort moderne, aucune transformation structurelle n’a été réalisée dans cette maison enregistrée au Patrimoine régional Wallon.

Ideal for a return to basics, with all the desired comfort, the Chaumont is a family house of character located in a green setting. The Chaumont is suitable for families with children: games - hut - bike path - wifi. Wide possibilities of excursions: Spa (15 minutes), Haute-fagnes (25 minutes), Liège (40 minutes). Capacity: maximum 7 to 8 adults + 4 to 5 children. No parties with too many drinks or drugs.

A large glass sliding door gives lots of light in this spaceous studio.
